They feel extremely dry and impersonal in addition to rushing me along with no consideration to how it feels to be the patient with barely any idea what's going on. I called to make this complaint in addition to asking a separate question and it was essentially ignored. I'm an adult and still have a lot of nerves around procedures of any kind and they simply make it worse. If you have a child needing work done be sure to accompany them because this team is not going to help their experience at all. They seem to not care in the slightest (aka horrible "bedside manner").

I returned to the same office only to find that Richins was at the Kaysville office that day. I spent over 1/2 hour bleeding in the reception area. Dr. Cassity put in additional stitches, excessive bleeding continued so an assistant told me to go to ER. Neither Cassity nor Richins even told me if stitches would dissolve or if they needed to be removed.

I sit in the chair the dentist comes in removes my dentures and proceeds to tell me how inferior and sub par they are and look terrible. This man wants me to have a conversation with him about my feelings on the set I have, my likes and dislikes. (Keep in mind I have not removed my dentures in front of anyone including my husband in more than 7 years. I sleep with them and only remove them to clean) I am not comfortable speaking without them let alone have a full blown conversation. This man sits me down, puts me in the most vulnerable position, tears me down, tells me I need tens of thousands of dollars in work that I didn't ask for... and THEN asks me why I seem anxious???
