My daughter got her braces when she was 10 by Dr Toppi, we moved 3 more times and she was dropped by other orthodontist in other states. Fast forward my husband retires, we moved to Utah, my daughter is 18 and still had braces. Dr. Toppi finished her treatment patiently with us as we navigated with multiple traveling back and forth to SD. I am grateful we stuck with him and the staff was amazing working with us in appointments flying in that same day sometimes. At each appointment, I made it clear that I wanted to pay my balance in full before leaving to avoid any unexpected charges in the future. Unfortunately, I recently received an email informing me that I now have an outstanding balance due to a failure in their computer system. These charges date back as far as 2024 and were never brought to my attention at the time of service. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. The lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on the office's professionalism. Additionally, the staff member I have been working with has shown little concern for resolving the issue or addressing my concerns. As a result, I will no longer be returning to this facility. One of my friends experienced a very similar issue with this same Farmington location, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. Because of these experiences, they have lost two families as patients. I believe this office needs to improve its billing practices, communication, and customer service. Patients should not be held responsible for years-old billing errors that resulted from the office's own system failures.

Some unprofessional comments were made to me that brought up some past traumatic experiences. The assistant was also extremely rude and I walked out almost in tears. I have taken my children since to another dental office and have had a much better experience there. I still am receiving unwanted text messages and email communication from this dentist. Because of my experience I never ever want to go back there. It was unfortunate because the appointments with my youngest went really well. Another thing I want to point out is this dentist wanted to do a procedure on my oldest son that wasn't needed. It was exhausting! When I saw that this office was less than 10mins from my house I crossed my fingers! Our initial consultation was very direct and straight to the point, which I really appreciate. Dr Brett explained all of our options thoroughly, and left me (and my kid) feeling really confident in the next steps. Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! I am impressed with the thoroughness in preventative care. Dr. Schweppe spends ample time with my kids and patiently explains my options when my kids have had issues. The staff is professional and quickly cleans teeth and remembers that two of my kids have very sensitive gag reflexes. They use extra suction and rinse and explain to my kids what is happening so they can prepare for each phase. The office is clean and tidy with current varied magazines for parents to enjoy. The exam rooms are all equipped with distractions for the kids to keep them still. Each visit concludes a prize and praise from Dr. Schweppe and his staff. The entire office runs expertly and I highly recommend their services.

I told her my insurance covered dental and she continued to tell me I was wrong. Turns out I was right, I just had to go through the trouble of calling my insurance and letting her talk to them. Every time I called I had to talk to her and each time was treated rudely. All I wanted to do was make sure that my insurance actually would cover the services for my kids dental care. Weird that I want to pay the cheapest amount cause I have insurance... 2. My kid had 5 cavities. The doctor didn't even offer to fix them without putting him under first. I didn't feel comfortable with this. He didn't reccomend laughing gas or any other way. I felt very uncomfortable with this option and I ended up finding another dentist that did my kids cavities in 15 min without numbing and only laughing gas. I'm glad I trusted my gut. Definitely would not recommend.

She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me.
