The owner of the company found the old paint can he had used at our house once before exactly where he remembered placing it in our boiler room, complete with his hand written notes on blending the colors. As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable.
