I called this company to mitigate my radon levels after reading all the positive reviews on yelp and google. They quoted me $1500 and guaranteed me the radon levels would be lower and considered safe. After install my radon levels went up and they wanted another $1600 to add more piping and cover the crawlspace with plastic. Instead of giving them more money, I went with Advanced Radon Technologies (ART) out of Spokane who not only got my radon levels under 2 but did it for less money. They said the original installation was incorrect and Radon Solutions NW didn't do what they charged me for. Advanced Radon Technologies added additional piping (with the correct spacing), sealed the crawlspace floor with plastic, and installed a quieter fan. Radon Solutions NW are nice people, they just need some more training. When I contacted them they did refund me $500 of the $1500 but I was still out a thousand dollars. Brandi guarantees you lower radon levels. Which makes me think that I won't get nearly as much cancer later in life. Also, Radon Solutions NW guarantees their work. We were upset with noise, initially generated by our fan, and it was replaced. Very happy would recommend to others without reservations. read more
