This company is terrible. I'm the neighbor of a project they are working on. They left demo'd and used materials all over my property in a place that could have been removed or tarped off multiple days in a row. Even after they have started tarping off and cleaning up the accessible areas I am finding shingles and wood and staples and nails every day. As I was throwing material back over the fence that I had to pick up from my neighbor's project one of their staff members jumped on the fence and threatened me. It's taken them multiple weeks (and still not finished) to roof a 1700 square foot house. These guys are incompetent.

After install my radon levels went up and they wanted another $1600 to add more piping and cover the crawlspace with plastic. Instead of giving them more money, I went with Advanced Radon Technologies (ART) out of Spokane who not only got my radon levels under 2 but did it for less money. They said the original installation was incorrect and Radon Solutions NW didn't do what they charged me for. Advanced Radon Technologies added additional piping (with the correct spacing), sealed the crawlspace floor with plastic, and installed a quieter fan. Radon Solutions NW are nice people, they just need some more training. When I contacted them they did refund me $500 of the $1500 but I was still out a thousand dollars. I feel like they quote low in the beginning to get you in, then you end up paying more than just going with another company from the start.
