I reached out to the Aquatics Director, Kari Price, and after getting no response in just over two weeks I asked to speak with someone above her. Jacob Stein, Branch Director, approached me & said you wanted to talk to me? I tired to explain the issue when he asked me: How do you know it was dirt Did you put it there Maybe Kari has been out of the office The lifeguards aren't telling the truth I asked him if he was trying to pick a fight with me, he said I was being aggressive as I tried to explain what the issue was. There was no resolution as I could see he was not going to help.
