I had countless questions (which I feel were both valid and stupid) and she patiently answered them. That's not to say the mortgage process was 100% trouble free - - there were a few hiccups here and there but overall, the process was smooth sailing. During the house search process they seemed to provide information that upon further review and research with experts turned out to be frequently incorrect. Some of the advice provided at times put us in stressful situations, which I definitely would love to not be put in had I known better. I would definitely not state that they have 'your best interest at heart' and would advise to do your own research if working with them. While providing reasonable customer services during the house search process, once the sale was complete and Baniqued had nothing to gain, the owner turned around and was flat out rude and was screaming on the phone over something that I admittedly agreed to, which was not clearly stated when being negotiated. While I understand that it is on me to verify, the unprofessional behavior and poor customer experience when inquiring about a resolution was very disappointing. I can not say that I recommend working with this company and will definitely not be working with them going forward.

Clean and modern interior with helpful staff. There are 2 indoor ATMs, a helpful greeter (shoutout to Maricris, who was lovely), a few tellers, and bankers with private offices who can help set you up with trusts, accounts, etc. Each time I've gone, I've been able to get the service I need without too much wait time. The service we got from Samuel Duran to set up our accounts and notarize some documents was great. He went above and beyond his role by educating us on the pros and cons of certain financial situations and notarizing our legal docs. Tip- if you have an account with Chase, you can get a few docs notarized for free. Normally you have to pay $15 per signature.
