Given this history, the current state of the property reflects the cumulative impact of years of mismanagement and difficult financial decisions. Addressing these longstanding issues is no small task. Since engaging Amanda Meng and her team, including Amelia, I have observed a meaningful shift. They have taken on the significant responsibility of navigating and correcting years of operational and financial challenges. Their efforts require not only technical expertise, but also resilience, professionalism, and strong leadership. I would like to commend Amanda and her team for their dedication, work ethic, and composure under pressure. I have personally witnessed Amanda handle highly challenging situations with professionalism and calm, even in the face of disruptive and inappropriate behavior during meetings. Her ability to maintain focus and decorum in those moments speaks to her leadership capability. Me, and that they have two units available I went in to do the application, at 3088 Pinole Valley Road Pinole, CA 94564 I also wrote a letter to explain my situation. And provided them a voucher I was told they should be getting in contact with me in two weeks, or probably sooner I didn't get a call or email coming into the third- week so on 3/2/2026 at 9:23am I called. The lady told me that they rented one of the units and then she told me that another unit was still available and asked if I have a updated voucher. I then told her that I can't get an updated one because I have to put in a 30-day notice at my current place to get my updated one. But I am approved for a 3bed room do to my extended family. Remind you all of this is what I said in the letter when submitting my application She then tells me that's not true I know people that has there's basically telling me that I am a liar. I was very offended so she asked me again. Can I get an updated voucher today I then said I can try to go get something stating that I have a three-bedroom voucher so I went to the housing office, called her back at 11:13am the secretary picked up and said didn't you just talk to her. We already have two people in both of the units. I then told her that's not what she said. She then transferred me back to the lady I then put the Housing Authority on the phone. She talked with them and everything that she told the housing lady wasn't what she told me. She then proceeded and said we would have to wait for inspections an etc. but what I didn't understand was why she didn't tell me that why did she ask me to go get an updated voucher instead of saying you didn't get the place? After I went 45 minutes away to the housing place and waited in a long line and had to wait to talk with someone She didn't even apologize for calling me a liar after they told her the something I told her if you already know dealing with people with section 8 vouchers requires exceptions why let them apply these rental properties Been up for 84 days already and you're talking about waiting on inspection I was discriminated against. I didn't get a fair chance. This is unacceptable. I feel like I was racially profiled. The moment she got my application. I should have at least gotten a call asking for whatever she needed, and I would have worked on it, but no instead they took my application fee, which I was told that I was going to get back and didn't I'm not mad that I didn't get it I'm upset about the unprofessionalism and discrimination and the disrespect people love to abuse their power I wouldn't recommend anyone to this agency unprofessional and unfair treatment bad communication this is not how you should represent your company the world we live in is so sad I encourage people to know your rights and look up the laws are connecte attorneys

Lynette met all my needs. She kept me in the loop when I needed to be, but blissfully ignorant when informing me of some minor issue would have served no purpose. The tenants we selected have been very good to my property and I have had no issues with rental payments. If I ever need a manager in the Richmond area again, Lynette would be the person I would call.

I spoke to one agent, then made an appointment to have calls with others. The Cal Agents called me, and in less than a minute I realized it was someone from a Philippine call center. What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.

It's been a long minute since I've done it so it wasn't easy explaining the whole process to him. I figure we should get a professional and go from there. He took the lead on the whole process. He wanted someone who's from the general area because it just means whoever it is is familiar with the area. He found Mariama on Yelp. When we met her, it reminded him that they've crossed paths before: back when he was looking to buy. (He might have looked at a property she was showcasing.) Way to break the ice, eh? She was incredibly easy to work with. I felt comfortable with her off the bat. She understood we were sorta in a unique situation of not being physically anywhere near the property when it goes on the market. No problemo! She took care of everything. There was very minimal work we had to do on our end. We had an issue with HOA which she handled like a champ. The communication was open. Signing paperwork was easy. She was always available and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. The entire process was incredibly effortless. It literally took a little over a couple weeks from beginning to end. We closed way earlier than we anticipated. It was so fast, we didn't even feel any type of "wait." So, yeah. We know EXACTLY why she has a perfect rating.
