The fabric has a complicated pattern and I nonchalantly requested that they "match the pattern as much as possible at the seams" (as if this request weren't a big deal). Boy, did Francisco come through! Not only did he match the pattern beautifully as requested, but he did in a way that when the set is viewed together, you can see the pattern is centered perfectly along both pieces! The custom cording, the new foam he used, and the stitching are all so beautifully done that I smile every single time I look at it. This set has now become the centerpiece that all my guests comment about. The craftsmanship is so meticulously applied and he did it all at a very reasonable price and exactly within the timeframe quoted. He even picked it up and delivered it for us. I rarely recommend commercial entities because I feel like you never know, however Marin Furniture Clinic has changed my mind just this once. Pick-up was efficient and on time, they took great care to remove both tables carefully from my home and load them into the vehicle. Not only was he prompt in replying to our message, but he quickly arranged a visit to our home to assess the chairs, provide a quantity for fabric (we had planned to purchase this ourselves), and compose an estimate for the cost and the delivery schedule. We then went in search of fabric at Sal Beressi's on the edge of the Mission (at John's recommendation) and found the perfect material (this after searching most of the Bay Area fabric emporiums).
