We needed to have a cat step made for our aging felines. None of the store-bought options worked. Their products had steps that were too shallow and not high enough for our bed. My husband drew the ideal cat step and included dimensions. We gave the drawing to Francisco, and asked him to use a firm foam -- one that would allow them to walk, or to jump and land, on the treads. Francisco has a surprisingly comprehensive catalog of upholstery samples, and we selected one that would harmonize with our interior, and provide them with traction. Within a few weeks, Francisco had built an excellent cat step, one that met our specified dimensions precisely.
