Francisco and his team are actually magicians of upholstery. My husband and I had some very special fabric that we brought back from an overseas trip (irreplaceable) and a chair and ottoman set that I inherited from my mother (sentimental value). The fabric has a complicated pattern and I nonchalantly requested that they "match the pattern as much as possible at the seams" (as if this request weren't a big deal). Boy, did Francisco come through! Not only did he match the pattern beautifully as requested, but he did in a way that when the set is viewed together, you can see the pattern is centered perfectly along both pieces! The custom cording, the new foam he used, and the stitching are all so beautifully done that I smile every single time I look at it. We needed to have a cat step made for our aging felines. None of the store-bought options worked. Their products had steps that were too shallow and not high enough for our bed. My husband drew the ideal cat step and included dimensions. We gave the drawing to Francisco, and asked him to use a firm foam -- one that would allow them to walk, or to jump and land, on the treads. Francisco has a surprisingly comprehensive catalog of upholstery samples, and we selected one that would harmonize with our interior, and provide them with traction.
