Great store in the Chicago Gold Coast. This is a flagship store and is very large and has unique items. Adam, one of the the managers was phenomenally! I found an amazing puffer coat for my boyfriend and Adam tried it on and modeled it on for me. I also purchase a great belt from the store. Adam could not have been kinder and wrapped everything up in a beautiful box for me.

NEWSFLASH: RAG & BONE FEATURES THE ASIAN NEW YEAR-YEAR OF THE RAT IN THEIR STORE FRONT WINDOW-COMPLETE WITH A RAT CHASING A PIECE OF PIZZA.... Rag & Bone is celebrating the Asian New Year-2020 Year of the Rat with an innovative storefront window...complete with a Rat holding a slice of pizza....think New York City-Brooklyn Style Pizza Slice!!!! In fact....they are selling hats with the logo on them! And the store front window creatively displays an older tv set which loops a film of an actual pizza slice on the ground on a city street-being chased after by an "actual authentic-REAL" rat who tackles the giant slice and devours it...leaving the crust behind! CHECK IT OUT!!!! Very innovative Rag & Bone- The Back Story- Rag & Bone began in New York City featuring British style with New York Style Modernism....in their words..."British heritage with directional, modern design." See: https://www.rag-bone.com/about-us.html The focus on everyday clothing that is nicely tailored and features "attention to detail." The store carries everything imaginable-both pragmatic and classy for women and men. I think that if I were in my 20s I would be in there buying EVERYTHING!

Adam (who I've dubbed the "Deacon of Denim") made me love my legs and butt after introducing me to the right pair/size of jeans! He's a PRO.

Ignored by three employees. Never stopped talking to each other. I wanted help buying two shirts. I'll buy online.

The eclectic yet chic…read moredisplays-- to mention a sale rack featuring items 65%-75% off--are just what the doctor ordered to shake off the January doldrums. I usually hit up Bloomingdale's across the street for my fix; this location, with its spacious interiors and vast accessory and shoe sections to complement the delectable wearables, made me realize just what I was missing. As a walk down retail memory lane, Cop Copine (now in the 900 North Shops) used to be in this location. There was only one other customer in the store and the retail experience was what I appreciate the most- attentive without being overbearing. I ended up with a dress for an event in April (originally $600, marked down to $350) and a skirt and top. Unfortunately for me - maybe not so much for my pocketbook - the full skirt that I was eyeing (on full price) was not available in my size. The personalized service and nifty garment bag that folded up and over into shopping-bag proportions all contributed to my good shopping vibes. Word to the wise: the sale will be ending in a matter of days, at which time all the goods will be packed up and shipped off to the warehouse to make way for Spring 2015 goods. If you want to check out the sale goods while they still last, I suggest coming here without delay.

Really love the comfortable feeling clothes here and all the varieties if dresses, cute tops, boxer…read morestyle shorts intimates and sweaters. I've shopped here multiple times with my Pyrenees and I love the fact that everything here is either 100% cotton or very close to it. All the intimates I've purchased fit extremely well or I wouldn't keep coming back. I prefer leaving five stars as a local guide but instead I'm leaving three because of the fact that you can't try on anything here before you buy it so if you aren't a Chicago local you're out of luck. So far i haven't had to return anything though because all of these dresses have adjustable straps and if you buy drawstring shorts you can tighten or loosen the material to fit your body type. I am only five foot one so I can definitely fit into these clothes. The only item that didn't fit me well are a pair of denim shorts I purchased but I may either resell them or lose a bit of weight lol. Here all the fitting rooms are permanently closed. But what really upset me yesterday was the fact that I wanted to try on a metallic gold sweater top but the security guard stopped me and said it's the store policy that no one can try anything on not even a sweater! I don't agree with that policy nor have I ever shopped at a boutique women's clothing store where you can't try on something as simple as a sweater! I also wish to add that when you check out not all the girls are friendly. You're told that all intimates are non refundable as a warning and they never ask you if you've had a pleasant shopping experience. They ring everything up kind of like it's just a job to them then ask you if you want a bag? May I suggest to upper management that you train your staff to be kinder and bag everything up. Better yet provide cute cloth bags as a kindness a cute complimentary cloth bag that we can reuse like the bags provided by Free People brand so that it's eco friendly! In summary some of the staff are polite enough to want to help but yesterday there weren't enough sales crew on the floor and some of the cashiers were looking kind of harried. Love the clothes strongly disagree with the no try on before you buy policy here!

When Brandy Melville first opened a location in Chicago, the shop was pretty small to the point you…read morecould barely even move around in it and they had to limit the amount of people inside. I'm glad they changed it to the current location that has two levels and is much more spacious, but it STILL feels too crowded in there each time I've gone (especially on the weekends). My biggest pet peeve here is that the line to go to the dressing room has people blocking entire walls of clothes, so other shoppers can't really look at those items. The employees (who could be mistaken for shoppers most of the time) are typically folding clothes constantly, which also makes it difficult if they are working on folding a section and I can't really browse that section if they are standing in the way. I try to understand because with the amount of traffic in and out of this store, they definitely try to keep it looking nice and neat. Also was sad they had no free stickers or pins by the register this time like they usually do. Womp womp. I've been here many times because I hate paying their expensive shipping prices. It's a great place to just get simple clothes for everyday wear. Their prices are more affordable when compared to other shops too. They always have new styles every time I come here. Can't wait for the Naperville location to open! Hopefully it won't be as crowded. It'll also be more close to me too. Yay :D
