When I asked for a little rent break to cover the damage from their busted building, the "manager" threw a tantrum like a toddler who dropped his Happy Meal. He screamed, got in my face, threatened to beat us up, and banned us from coming back. Real professional -- imagine being that fragile and still calling yourself a manager. Let's be real: this guy isn't a manager. He's a couch ornament with anger issues, permanently fused to the TV in his office while the building crumbles around him. He couldn't manage a bowl of cereal without screwing it up. Instead of fixing the leaks or running the place like a grown adult, he struts around like a dollar-store mafia boss, barking threats he couldn't back up if his life depended on it. Meanwhile, one vendor was literally caught pleasuring himself in his booth on multiple occasions, and somehow that was fine. But ask for accountability? Nah, you'll get threatened by "Captain Clipboard" who thinks yelling makes him important. If you enjoy wasting money, being surrounded by creeps, and watching a washed-up TV addict play pretend boss while the whole place rots, then by all means, set up shop here. Otherwise, run. This isn't a flea market -- it's a circus, and the ringleader is a lazy, unprofessional wannabe tough guy whose only skill is proving that rock bottom has a basement.

They sell well crafted beautiful furniture! So many items such as kitchen tables, mirrors, clocks, bird feeders, rocking chairs and much more. The outdoor seats, tables and rockers are also nice! Some of my favorite bakery items include cream horns, cream filled donuts with chocolate icing, apple fritters and much more! They sell tons of donuts, cakes, pies and cookies. The grocery store sells the best homemade cheese balls. You can typically sample at least one. There's also, candy, spices and so much more. There is a deli and soft serve ice cream. On this trip, I ordered a ham sandwhich with spicy cheese, jalapeno mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions and homemade pickles on white bread. This sandwich was so big it was hard to even hold it lol. I ate half and took the rest home. We got lucky and found seating out front in the shade. There is nothing I don't love about Miller's! I highly suggest you check them out.

The transaction was already being handled fine, he didn't need to step in and definitely didn't need to be a jerk. Now, my grandfather is 90 years old. My grandmother is older. Was he (my grandfather) talking loudly? He is a little hard of hearing so yeah, probably. Was he being rude or disrespectful? No. He ordered a mobility device and received a different one than he ordered. It's fair that he would want to exchange it for the correct one. I'm not sure what sad life this "manager" has that he thinks it's OK to threaten a 90 year old man, but what a jerk! Smith's is never busy anyway, so you'd think they'd want to treat their customers better. CVS is just a few blocks away and they definitely have better customer service. I'll make sure to tell everyone about this interaction and make sure none of my friends or family in the area go back to Smith's. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and it's not hard to have a little respect for your customer and treat them kindly. Hopefully this man gets reprimanded or fired, because he deserves the worst.
