When I told him that I would be giving this review on yelp he replied "go ahead" Bad enough that this store doesn't list prices on fans, the sales team needs to go somewhere else to get info and pricing. There are many other more informative and knowledge salespeople and other local fan shops. Heck probably do better online...at least there the product info is there in plain view. From day 1 I picked this company because I told him I was running gas in the house and what appliances we would have. I told him that we needed a buried gas tank and he confirmed that 500 gallons was enough. I told him that time was important because I needed appliances to be running before we moved in. Thankfully I guess that construction on the home was delayed because I paid a deposit to have the permit started right away April 2nd. Time moves on and finally I call and message and I get the gas company he is hiring to do the work for him said she is waiting for permits that it takes 4-6 weeks. But that this point it has been 6 weeks, but that he didnt pull a permit until April 26th. I was upset enough that the gas lady was nice enough to put me on the schedule in hopes that we would have it back abd that worked. I also mentioned about the house gas being hooked up and she said she knew nothing about it, so I brought it back up to Joe and he blew me off. The gas installers are on site and I point out the gas that needs hooked up and he said he knows nothing about it and he blows me off. Then we are getting to the end now and its my fault for taking him at his word, but Joe tells me that since he got away with not having it in his contract that he won't do it and thats it that he will just put a lean on my house if I dont pay. Well if you chose to hire him make sure its in the contract because 100% Joe is not interested in standing by his word.
