I felt compelled to leave a review because of the way I frequently hear staff speaking to the children outside. On a routine basis, there is a lot of yelling such as "Stop that!", "Don't do that!", and "NO!" in very harsh tones. As a parent of a one-year-old, I personally would not feel comfortable with my child being spoken to that way. I understand childcare can be challenging, but I wanted to share my experience so other parents are aware.

Rebecca (owner) & Hope gave me so much support as a new parent; they were completely in tune with my child. I asked for & welcomed their spot-on/invaluable feedback b/c I could see they were right; their guidance+advice and the time at Robin's Nest absolutely helped my child to develop into a magical little being.
