They came out and patched it multiple times and it still wasn't fixed. Long story short, we ran out of time during the TWO YEAR warranty to get it completely fixed. Now, we're stuck with a leaky porch roof that we'll have to pay even more out of pocket to repair AFTER paying for a brand new roof. Very dissatisfied.
