After the work was semi completed, and pavers needed to dry, they left until two days later. When we woke up the following morning, we were astonished to see the pavers around the pool, which had turned white during the night. As we inspected the rest of the job we found pavers that were cracked and were sinking due to the number of power washings they did due to their mistakes. the color of the pavers had changed and there was now a whitish haze on our pavers and we were told that we cannot redue our pavers until all the defective sealer is gone, which could take up to one year, if not longer. To be very honest, this job looks like we hired several high school students to compete this job. The work was sloppy, unprofessional and with the added insult to have damage that will cost us out of our pocket to fix. Also, our main entrance front door was ruin and now has to be totally redone. Another expense that is directly related to Fleet Kleen and its staff. This company does not meet any standards for quality work and should not be contracted for any services related to maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got 3 quotes and, even though, Bob was about $100 higher than the others, we felt most comfortable with him and his presentation. The shop is about 2 weeks out but we got a call a few days later and Bob wanted to know how the weather was at our house. We had blue skies so they asked if they could do our gutters. Definitely! They had a job scheduled but there was rain there. They arrived, set up and started making the custom seamless gutters. It was amazing to see. They make it the entire length they need so there are no seams for leaks. They finished the job in one day. The gutters look great, too. We only had a spot where water got through behind the gutter. Delfino came out and fixed it quickly. We have such heavy rains getting close to 4 inches one day so gutters are essential to keep the ground around the house dry. These gutters did the trick. I recommend and definitely would have Gutter Solutions do another job we needed. They are professional, fast and good!

Daniel used harsh chemicals on delicate surfaces, which caused extensive and expensive damage. The paint was stripped off my front door, my keyless entry system and one of my cameras were destroyed, and several plants and palms were killed. Even worse, there is now visible discoloration and damage to the paint on the siding around my entire home, areas that were in perfect condition before. When I brought these issues to his attention, Daniel reimbursed me for the door lock and camera, but he has refused to take responsibility for the widespread paint damage. What should have been a routine cleaning has turned into a stressful, costly ordeal. I'm now forced to hire other professionals to repair the damage he left behind.
