The crew arrived on time, replaced the gutters around our entryway. They completed the job in a few hours and left everything in A+ shape. After looking at the results, we realized the soffit under the new gutters also needed replacing. Sam came by again and we proceeded with the second job. Once again, excellent work for a reasonable price. I interacted briefly with Chastity in the office and Mike after the second job was completed. Solid company and good communication. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got 3 quotes and, even though, Bob was about $100 higher than the others, we felt most comfortable with him and his presentation. The shop is about 2 weeks out but we got a call a few days later and Bob wanted to know how the weather was at our house. We had blue skies so they asked if they could do our gutters. Definitely! They had a job scheduled but there was rain there. They arrived, set up and started making the custom seamless gutters. It was amazing to see. They make it the entire length they need so there are no seams for leaks. They finished the job in one day. The gutters look great, too. We only had a spot where water got through behind the gutter. Delfino came out and fixed it quickly. We have such heavy rains getting close to 4 inches one day so gutters are essential to keep the ground around the house dry. These gutters did the trick. I recommend and definitely would have Gutter Solutions do another job we needed. They are professional, fast and good!

My dog over the weekend happened to step on one of these nails and their response was, "oh those guys never do that". No accountability, no remorse. As the gutter installers finished and had to paint the remaining gutters, they decided to spray paint the gutters on my freshly laid sod. I reccomended the company several times. Last month I noticed one of the skylights had cracked. Mid Coast responded and sent out someone to inspect the damage. They confirmed the crack was on the inside layer of glass. They referred me to Sun Tek, their skylight vendor, to resolve the issue. Sun Tek without any inspection denied responsibility for the failure saying it was an "act of God". The crack was on the interior panel so no weather issues were involved. I informed the President, Jim Keffer of MidCoast on what happened and received no response. SunTek does not stand behind their product but Mid Coast does not stand behind their vendors.
