The last time I went I needed a shirt for an event and it was no issue to be pointed in the right direction. I've been before and picked up a suit from them. They offer a in-house tailor as well, I didn't use the Taylor but at the same time, it's nice to have that option. It's been awhile since I got a suit so I got measured and a dude who measured me was cool and putting me in the right direction to where my size would be at my current build. If I needed a quick fix as far as an outfit, I would go back here. They have a number of things there so you really can't lose.

The store is always laid out nicely and there's rarely a tone of foot traffic, thus it's a peaceful shopping experience. The women who work in the store are always helpful and offering to look items up or start a fitting room as soon as they see you collecting items. I appreciate that they give attention without being pushy or overbearing. This store operates like a small business, in that there are only a few of each item in the various sizes and once they're gone it can be hard to get it. So, I will often find that the item I like most is no longer available in my size. The prices are moderate to high, so most clothing items I saw today were priced $40-80 each. The sale racks (off-season/summer items) were priced at $25/item (mostly shorts and tanks in small sizes). Their fitting room is so spacious and inviting! It's probably my favorite fitting room of any store ever. Bottom line: the store is hit or miss but it's a cute store and a fun shopping experience. Sometimes I leave with an item or two and sometimes I leave empty-handed

As of today, I still have not received my order or any pickup confirmation email. I purchased these jerseys specifically to support Colombia during the World Cup period, and the order has now been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date. The delay caused me to miss the entire tournament despite ordering well in advance. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. When I contact Adidas customer service, I am told that the order has already been sent to the store. However, when I visit the store, I am told they cannot provide the order and that I must wait for an email stating the order is ready for pickup. Adidas customer service and the store continue to provide conflicting information, leaving me without my merchandise and without any clear explanation for the delay. I am not requesting a refund. I want Adidas to locate my order and provide the Colombia jerseys that I purchased and paid for.
