For the first three months we were called 3 times a week about picking him up bc he was sick when he wasn't and the staff would diagnose him medically as if they were doctors. I had to have several meetings with management to get staff to feed him on the correct schedule and 7 months later they still couldn't get it right. We had a very difficult year medically and financially, and as things started to get behind their treatment of us got worse. Comments were made that were rude and condescending as if struggling parents aren't welcome and aren't good parents. They terminated our enrollment at 630AM on a Monday with no warning , and said they told us this would happen. Of course that's not true the messages show that we were told that we just couldn't drop off until full payment was made despite many attempts to explain, and we always paid our bill even though It was often late because we were struggling so much. One week we Would be given grace and got assistance from them and the next we were being kicked out, right after we made a week and a half payment and were only 3 days behind. I did admittedly lose my temper but what professional terminates a child's enrollment and puts their belongings on the porch in the pouring rain and refuses to bring it inside until the parents are able to pick it up? Oh and claim harassment and that they will press charges if we call or text again about it. None of this was done face to face because Joe is a coward. There's more but I can't be bothered bc this place is literally run by money hungry assholes with zero empathy. Donna sometimes means well but Joe is an asshole and will treat you disrespectfully no matter whether you are polite or not. They also do not care to train their staff in parent sensitivity and the staff often say things that could and have made a new parent (me) panic. If the staff don't follow directions they blame the parent for being difficult and then have the audacity to say that you get treated better if you act better (despite a medical allergy and my son not gaining weight, so the feeding was important to get right)- they might have a point if they weren't the ones feeding your son incorrectly and medically diagnosing him without a medical license then blaming you for being mad about it.

They have a strict lunch menu but are dont follow their own rules with snack time. Some staff members are VERY mean to the children. The children in diapers are not changed as regularly as they should be. Teacher turn over rate there is absurd- my children have had about 3 different teachers a year. No one stays. The owner and director are very rude and condescending and act as if they are doing you a favor by sending your child there. They have removed alot of beneficial programs such as the hot summer lunch due to being "understaffed". My 15 month old son ran out of the room once when a staff member left the door open and the teacher did not even notice and the owners wife was in the room and dint notice either- the fact my son could have ran out of the building and noone would have even know is- and they didnt even apologize! The same child received a note home stating that his body was smelled to strong and was disturbing the other children's allergies (ie my son and his classmates are 15 months old and my son wears johnson and johnson baby cologne -- a well known baby product!!). My other child has adhd and they stop doing naps over the summer for the 4 yr olds when I asked for him to nap they refused I had to get a doctors note in order for them to comply with my (the parent's) request--I could go on and on. I have 4 children and this is one of the worst daycare's I have EVER sent my children too and Im generally a really laid back person and easy to deal with. No respect for the parent- they want to run the show.

I very clearly remember an easel with an image of a cow. Attached was a glove full of water with a hole poked in each finger with a bucket underneath. I remember being so excited for my turn to milk the cow. As an adult (and parent) I think, wow that was really creative and kept us entertained for hours. I also remember sitting at the table for drawing time and the "teachers" were so gentle and kind. You can tell when people love their job. These people loved helping us draw bears and dogs.
