Do not go in here please the 2 woman there asked me to leave my bad at the front with them understandable it was a big bag they gave me a ticket and I looked around the store they never left the side of my bag I didn't take to long when I went back and gave them the ticket I took my bag and thought everything was fine I got home and noticed a whole bag full of things went missing they stole from me never again. read more

The customer service here is horrible. The employees are incredibly rude. There was no greeting when I entered the store. Then they gave me a ripped up $5 bill as my change. I kindly asked if they could give me a different one instead and the employees refused because they didn't want to open the register again. I was worried that another store would not want to accept the $5 from me and so I asked why they could not simply give me a different $5 bill instead but they didn't explain why and said that they just didn't want to. I will no longer be shopping at Rainbow and I will make sure to tell others I know about my horrible experience here as well. read more

Tried to give this store another try....never again. Stuff wayyyy too overpriced and quality is cheap. Material is paper thin and after one wash it'll be over. I can't believe how much then try to charge for this cheap stuff. Customer service is horrible. No one greeted me and the cashier's just proceeded to talk to each other. Didn't ask me if I needed anything in particular or tell me about the sales. Never again. Also hire people who speak English!!! read more

This store is trash, I drove 15 min after work to make an exchange for size . Arrived at 8:54 and store is closed even though the store says it closes at 9. I asked the women there if I can make a return and that it's only 8:55 and they ignored me. So I call and even after I explained my situation the lady still did not open. Lol the she says "they close the door early to get the customers out" lol I was a retail manager for 4 years and let me tell you this is not how management should treat customers lol literally it would have taken them 2 minutes to exchange my merchandise lol also this store is super filthy. I'd give them zero stars if I could. A cluttered mess with employees who feel like their customers are their worst enemies. Watch out for the whale of a woman working the cash register who looks similar to Sonia off of operation repo. My girlfriend asked if she could try some things on and without making any eye contact said, "yeah just go in." One of the tops she had was impossible to put on due to a security clip in the middle of it. I asked the whale if she could take it off and clip it on elsewhere. The whale, with a very snobby attitude, said "No. She can't try it on. She shouldn't have even went in there with it." My girlfriend would've know if she had actually attended us. My advice is STEER CLEAR OF RAINBOW! read more

This store is a mess! What makes it even worse is that the employees here are rude, and make you feel unwelcomed. I also hate that you can only bring in 3 items into the fitting room, which by the way are extremely disgusting, I don't have time to be going in and out of the fitting room to swap out clothes. Speaking of the clothes, they're just simply over priced for quality that will ruin in one wash. read more
