this store has the worst customer service. Went in the store to buy some clothes because I was visiting in Vegas. Had about five outfits in my hand lady followed me around the store and said that I can only try on five pieces at one time. Although I told her that was fine she still followed me throughout the store, and was telling me that I should put the clothes on a different rack. Straight up discrimination, racial profiling. And straight rude I wouldn't recommend my dog to go to the store. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I come to the store at 7:50pm and the online website and in store time says Monday through Friday closing at 9pm. I come in at 7:50pm and the cashier shouts register closing. Keep in mind the sign and online website time says closing time is 9:00PM . When I asked the cashier and the lady cleaning if they closed at 9? They stated that the times changed. Change the times on the website and in store PLEASE!!!! So unprofessional. I like shopping here but they sell very cheap products. I bought a dress here on Thursday and the first two hours of wearing it the elastic bands inside it started coming apart. It basically self destructed. I tried to return it but because I wore it once it couldn't be returned even toygh clothes are meant to be worn and wearing it literally destroyed it. The employees were very friendly. I wish they would work on their company policy to include more common sense return policies because they do not accept refunds and only exchange if it hasn't been worn, damaged, or no tags even if you have the receipt. I won't be shopping here anymore as a result of this because I can buy the same quality of clothing elsewhere and return if needed. read more

I love Rhapsodielle! They have such cute affordable clothes. I never walk out of there without a handful of clothes. Everything is color coded and unique. I love all of their stuff, definitely my favorite place to shop. read more

Here it goes, short and to the point. This store has absolutely no customer service! None! Open fitting room for people to stare at you and this place is completely filthy. Also, don't bother asking about purchasing a piece of clothing that's not tagged yet. You have to wait 2 hours when it's out on the floor. read more

Atmosphere: Clean, Hip and great music. Price: You can find a whole outfit including shoes for under $75.00 Dollars. Its great!! Quality: Durable but not high end... Although you can and will find a piece that you will wear and it will look very high end and fashionable. I have a few night out dresses that i have went to high end events and was complimented on my attire. Staff: Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. There are time to time when I feel like they are hard to find and they should be a little more "on top of things" interactive and asking wether you need help finding anything. Experience: There has only been one time where I would say it was a negative experience with the staff... A manager got involved half way through the transaction and did everything too fast that she forgot to take the security tags off... Had to burn it off when i noticed it and the day of the event came and it was time to wear the dress... I was so mad. But, other than that... I think its very comparable to Forever 21. read more

I have been to every rhapsodielle and this by far is my least favorite. My favorite is the one on warm springs. There is no customer service but that is the same at every rhapsodielle. Staff if just there to ring up your items and stock product and possibly answer a question if you have one. All this is pretty normal for rhapsodielle. The 2 stars is for the communal fitting room. Very awkward very very weird. I literally had a child stare at me the whole time I was trying on my clothes. Just an open room with mirrors to dress and undress in front of other women. For this reason I will not be returning. read more

I usually go to the location off of warm springs but seeing as how I was on the east side of town I checked out this location. At first glance it's like every other rhapsodielle. It's all color coordinated trendy cheap clothes. The quality is meh but you're not there for quality, you're there for cheap but cute clothes. The staff at this location didn't even look at me, it was kind of busy but ive worked retail before, you're supposed to acknowledge people walking in the store. If not just for customer service for the fact that people are less likely to shop lift if you acknowledge their existence. well apparently the way they deal with shoplifting is having a COMMUNAL FITTING ROOM. The one off warm springs has dressing rooms, this one? Nope. Just a big empty room with mirrors and racks. There were at least fifteen women stripping down and small children sitting around everywhere. I was shocked. I hate trying on clothes as it is in privacy if something doesn't fit right, but to do that in front of a bunch of women I didn't know? I never wear a bra and I wear thongs to avoid panty lines if I wear underwear at all, so I was being expected to strip down naked just to try on an $8 shirt or dress? I dropped my clothes and left the store. I will never be back to this location. I understand shop lifting is an issue but if a woman doesn't feel comfortable trying on your clothes you're not going to make sales off of them. I was so upset by the whole experience I didn't even want to buy the pair of shoes I was ogling on the way out. read more

I went in this store for the first time today. I was curious when I passed one night when they were closing as to what good items I could find. This store is not hot! Things are overpriced in this store. The clothes look cheap and homemade. I wouldn't buy anything from here. The jewelry was very cheap made and overpriced as if it's from Charlotte Russe. The employees didn't greet me or ask me if I needed help and I walked right past them. I will NOT be back not do I recommend this store to others. read more

THEE WORST ONE IN VEGAS ! Literally makeup on all the dresses and the clothes employees act as if they can't help you ! So TERRIBLE customer service! They acted as if they didn't want to work there ...... #GetANewJobFool no ones forcing you to be there . And one thing I dislike about the boutiques is their dressing room there's no sense of security or sympathy for those who are uncomfortable with their bodies... I like the one in Henderson better. Mainly because they have seperate fitting rooms. The one on Nellis is one big fitting room. I don't want to see other girls getting dressed n I'm very shy bout getting undressed in front of strangers. This isn't a high school locker room!
