God bless RRC. They have made life sooooo much simpler for my mother and me. She is allergic to just about anything that goes into normal shampoos and soaps. Primarily she has asthma that is triggered by perfumes and some dyes. It makes it hard to find cleaning products that are hypoallergenic. To make matters worse, she also has an extreme allergy problem with eucalyptus.
Someone suggested a website that specializes in perfume-free products. Of the three different things I bought, the products from Rainbow Research were the only ones that didn't send my mom into a wheezing fit. And though they don't smell like much they don't smell bad either. A lot of other shampoos smelled very much like chemicals and were harsh on my hair.
These handy dandy cleansing products aren't only good for my mom, but are also good for animal and plant alike. The shampoo and conditioner we currently use is called Stony Brook Botanicals. They are the unscented version of their oil-free products. They are made from organic sources, such as different flowers and herbs, and are animal-free and never tested on animals.
