I called and asked if they carry the…read moreproduct that I have been using for over 7 years by Lasio and they said yes and that they will definitely use it 2 weeks later when I got there they said that they do not have that product and then they use something by rejuvenol. They told me that it would last as long as all the other keratins even though they did not have the product they told me they would definitely have and I thought it was weird because they did it in under 1 hour and normally keratins take upwards of two hours and then it was already starting to act a little funky in two weeks. Well two months later I have absolutely no keratin in my hair and I called the company that makes the product. They said is not as strong as their original product that's why you can wash it out in 24 hours so they ended up using something on my hair that is not keeing. Now I have absolutely no keratin in my hair 2 months later , every other time I've done it , I've had it for 4 months and I've been doing them at least twice a year since 2009. I spoke with the owner today and they said sometimes products don't work as well on certain people's hair I just don't understand why I've been to so many salons over the years and never had this problem before and why the company which is located on Long Island that makes a product says that the 24 hour one definitely does not last as long as the other ones that they sell I think that if you go there just be careful because if you go to the salon you have to make sure that they will use the product you have already used they do something that takes them half as long to do because it was under one hour and now I don't have any keratin in my hair at all. She advised me to come in for a consult so that Erica can see my hair. I went in for my consult and Erica was great. After my consult we made an appointment! It was time for my appointment! I reminded Erica of what I wanted and she listened 100%! I wanted black with blue. She advised me there are a lot of different blues and she showed them all to me. I walked out with I believe 4 different blues! My hair was better than I could have imagined. Erica brought so much life back to my hair. So why 4 stars and not 5? When I paid I was not advised of the fee for using a card. It also isn't advertised anywhere. I didn't know until I got my receipt. I wish the receptionist either told me when I handed her the card or even after. If I didn't ask for my receipt I never would have known and would have thought I was charged the wrong amount on my statement.

I was so depressed and I think Angela really felt for me! I hated my hair and always wore a hat to cover it.
