They ran an industrial dehumidifier and cut out all of the wet components. And they did it shockingly cleanly, covering everything and making sure all debris was cleaned up after. That was the first service. Because I was impressed I also had them do the rebuild. Literally a third of my ceiling needed to be replaced. You have to look really hard, and know it's there, to tell where the wallboard was replaced. They even closely matched the ceiling pattern! The team was phenomenal, polite, friendly, helpful and skilled. An all around exceptional experience. Value was very good too. The final tally was in line with expectations and perfectly reasonable given the quality of work completed.

This is a long overdue review. I used their services back in spring of 2023. This was after I had…read morecalled several other companies which didn't call me back and one sent someone but they just looked at it and never contacted us again, and another never showed up. I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

Nadir immediately said he could be at our home in 20-25 mins for a free inspection of what might be going on, which was an unbelievable response time and offer considering the timing. Despite it being 10 pm, he was in full uniform, wore shoe covers, gave his business card etc. which was utmost professional. He identified that it was a small leak in the roof that was making its way into the attic and drywall and what we really needed was a roofer and not a restoration expert or a plumber. So all we did was to put a bucket to collect the dripping water where Nadir identified it. We got the roof taken care of later, but Nadir refused to accept any payment of any sort (we even offered to Venmo him) despite it being afterhours and without him we would've stressed all of Christmas and holidays.
