I also had to call the next day to ask for a receipt (why) they took the money out my account had no problem but failed to send a receipt? The guy who answered was rude, stating they had a meeting and rushed me off the phone I will never use this company again, nor will I refer this company to anyone I know. This was the most I have ever paid for a service and the worst service that I have ever gotten. I took pictures, but they were not interested in seeing any proof that the job was not done well. They continue to write and text me asking to schedule another cleaning. I tell them why I don't want another cleaning. They don't address the problem, but write again the next month. I will not use this company again.

Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. I was asked to rate the service I received this week and I would gladly do it! Overall MoreHands maid service has been a good service for us for years (although we took a break for a little while during Covid). I like the people at the office as they are polite and accomodating and because I can communicate with them very well. We have had other providers that would clean much better, but could not keep a consistent schedule. MoreHands has been able to provide service more consistently once per week for a little while now. The issue with them is that they like to move the start times around. Another issue is that they will not do ANY laundry. There have been two teams that have been coming to our home, and I like them both... They have both been doing very well: Team 3 (Claudia and Glenda) have consistently done a great job, and are very cordial and pleasant while they are performing their duties! They also go the extra mile. Keep up the great work! Team 2 (Stephanie and Julie) do what is asked of them. I like the way they make our beds. They work quick.

More concerning was the fact that our half bathroom was completely missed and untouched during the initial cleaning. We expected the team to communicate with us if something had been overlooked rather than leaving without addressing it. A professional deep cleaning company should have a clear checklist, strong communication, and quality control measures in place. We also paid an additional fee specifically for baseboards to be cleaned, and many of them were still untouched. At this point, we are continuously finding more things that were missed despite these services being listed as included in the deep cleaning package. This was our first deep cleaning service, so we had high expectations. Instead of being able to focus on our children and simply maintain the home afterward, I still had to go back and clean myself. My fiancé even expressed that he felt we should have just handled it ourselves. My mother also had to come over to help clean afterward, and we are still discovering things that were overlooked. And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up.
