Not only was Dynamic Roofing less expensive, but Dean and his team were easy to work with and really cared about doing it the right way. They would clean up every day and use a magnet on wheels to find any staples or nails on the ground. Spring of 2026, requested estimate on facia repair. Delivered wood to be painted prior to install (made sense). On day of repair, two individuals arrived and did not speak any English. Needed a power cord for tools and I supplied. Job required additional trim piece and that arrived later so I could paint. That was installed the following week. At issue is that they broke my gate and said nothing, along with almost taking my power cord. Some debris that was blown out of rain gutters was now on patio. Topper was water bottle and caps on front curb. God I hope they get this corrected with staff.

I am not sure what happened, but I do not appreciate being told one thing and then being ignored afterwards. For that reason, I'm not sure I would recommend this business due to the lack of communication and them not doing what they said they would do.
