Not only was Dynamic Roofing less expensive, but Dean and his team were easy to work with and really cared about doing it the right way. They would clean up every day and use a magnet on wheels to find any staples or nails on the ground. I wrote this on 8/22/25, and the information is accurate as of this date. I suppose this company can renew their license at some future point, get their bond and worker's comp insurance updated, and delete the blurb about them being a female owned business, thereby making my warning here moot. But until that happens, people should approach this company with caution.

They DID NOT tell us to have structural strengthening to support the extra weight. I came home from work a few years later and noticed some sagging in the roof. You can imagine how stressed we were to see so many beams split and corners stretched out. They didn't fix anything.
