My experiences at Rainbow Screen Printing was horrible! I never thought I would be treated this way by a little local business. I had made a shirt design for shirts that I was going to sell to students at my high school in memory of three of my friends who were lost in a bad car accident just a few days before. It all started when I emailed them to inquire about pricing and was told the prices for the types of shirts I wanted. I told everyone at my school the prices that I was going to sell them at. Then I received a call telling me that the prices were going to be higher. I went in to talk to the manager about why the prices went up, because they told me one price and then turned around and bumped the prices up and failed to tell me before that. FYI I heard that they also have done this to other people. So when I went in to talk to the manager of the company he came out and when I told me my issues he called me a liar and began yelling and swearing at me for trying to talk to him about his mistake. It almost brought me to tears because I was so embarrassed. I told them that this is the last time I would use there business and the manager flat out told me "That's fine by me, you don't have to." In my belief and how I was taught, you should never yell at a customer let alone swear at them. Yeah their prices may be low but watch out they like to tell you the wrong prices! They definitely get a bad rating in my book, and from now on I will tell everyone that I talk to, to STAY AWAY!!!! read more

I have been doing business with Rainbow Screen Printing since 2011 and have no reason to change that anytime soon. They do an amazing job delivery quality work on time every summer for our youth camp. Their design team works miracles to tweak the art to be print ready. Never have not been satisfied and everyone always compliments us on the quality of t-shirts we have every year. Highly recommended business! read more

As a small business owner, I've had Rainbow Screen Printing do uniforms for my employees. At Christmas time, we decided to give one of our senior employees a Christmas gift, so we purchased two sweatshirts to be embroidered. We dropped them off one month prior to the date we needed them finished. We never received a call saying they were finished, but we stopped by the shop a week before we needed them to check on the status. When we went to pick them up, we saw they had embroidered the wrong name on the shirts. We went out of our way to buy two new shirts and asked for them to be done correctly before Christmas. They did them again for us, but they refused to acknowledge they made a mistake. When we went to pick them up the second time, we didn't expect to be charged full price. However, Dennis became irate, used vulgar language, and demanded we pay again. Not very professional. We paid for the embroidering a second time even though it was their mistake. We will find a new shop to do business with. read more
