The adult and kids clearance section in the back of the store is well worth a look see for a great discount. The service is always good! I like to stop in weekly to a nearby DSW to donate an old pair of shoes to apply toward my DSW reward points. They add up quickly for dollars off of my purchases. Check out their Soles4Soul program. I went to the Ann Arbor DSW and the bag was on sale. So, I knew I was correct but didn't cause them any trouble because I'm a good person. Unfortunately, since the terrible customer service and respect for their own co-workers, I will never return. That was my first time at that location. I finally called the 800 number and they said that they didn't have the size I was asking for. But they had already sent me a check for 50$ in the mail. I said, I payment was a debit card, can't you just send me a different pair? Nope, it's considered cash. And it's already been sent. So I waited until a few days before Christmas and I called back and they said that they would cancel it and send me a gift card because it might be faster. I received the check a week later. Neither representative was knowledgeable of the specs for steel toe, aluminum toe, or non-metallic toe and was irritated with the question. The last time I was at this store I had an existing pair of boots worked on, and it was the shoddiest work I've ever seen .
