We found exactly what we needed, and went to the checkout so we could make our purchase, and also return an item my Fiancé had purchased just before Christmas that ended up not working for her needs. The lady at checkout was rude, and that is putting it lightly. Negative in all aspects of the transaction, obviously not wanting to be a helpful employee. The name in the receipt was Denise, not sure if they share registers, but regardless, this lady could use a little bit of training in regard to her customer service. We've always been treated kindly here, but today we were left dumbfounded by this employees rudeness. Hopefully management checks these reviews as her behavior could chase customers away.

The selection of the items I wanted was decent enough (Monroe usually has a better selection but I was in the area) and the shelves for the middle were pushed so close to the end caps you couldn't fit a cart through there without lifting the back end up and over. I was at the last of the booths when at 5:40 I heard someone come in and the man (Jim?) behind the desk screamed they were closed, the woman wanted to confirm because of the 6 pm closing time, he screamed again and then started cussing at her. I believe he even called her stupid after she left. I couldn't believe it, my jaw dropped. Something so simple made him snap. She called him out for being rude. Which good for her.
