Beware of this company!! We chose them to reseal and paint the trim of our strata complex. Our…read morecontract stated "Paint all Trim" and to repair and scrap all caulking where caulking had failed. After they completed we asked why only the front facing side of the trim was painted leaving bare wood on the edges. Please note the contract has no exclusion stating only the face side would be painted it says paint all trim. Other areas they had power washed and scraped the paint away from the trim also were left unrepaired and bare. They only make excuses and refuse to do the job they were paid to do. A letter was written to the owner and he also did not even address it nor rectify the situation. This is only a few pictures the whole job is this poor.

They didn't do any building preparation; they just started painting helter skelter - no sense of a plan - a bit here a bit there, moving their Genie with a basket up, down, back & forth. They actually painted right over dirt, construction dust, traffic soot, cobwebs and pigeon shit (see their Facebook page for photos) no preparation!! When they finish, our building will look worse than before they started. TD Bank (Davie & Bidwell) should also be concerned as they have the commercial portion of our strata building. May 25, around noon, I told one of their workers who was smoking on site that that our common property is non-smoking; he became argumentative as to what constituted our property - he WAS smoking on our property! Later that afternoon, a ProStar worker was smoking on site, dropped his cigarette on one of their drop cloths and it caught fire; another resident owner ran through the building & underground looking for the source of the smoke - she put the fire out with our garden hose. ProStar jackasses stood around doing nothing. May 26, around noon, another worker was smoking on our property; again, I told him this is a non-smoking area - he and his co-worker just laughed. This company obviously hires idiots who are just plain stupid. The property manager, Korecki Property Management, should be overseeing their work but obviously they are no better.

I was really surprised that Sam got back to me as quick as he did. We were able to book a site inspection for the new year right on the spot which was appreciated. We received the quote a week later which was a basic one page quote. The project was put on hold by the request of the homeowners, however, we appreciate the promptness, politeness and the fact they came out in a timely manner for us. This review is based on communication which is a huge issue for me.
