I paid about $26 for the manager's special. This gives you all the bells and whistles including hand applied tire shine. This isn't a touchless wash. When you enter the car wash there was someone there to greet me. They assist you with making your purchase and try to get you to sign up for a membership. Once you're finished you pull forward to the entrance where they guide you onto the track. I was excited to see that they scrub your vehicle and wheels before you enter the car wash. I had high hopes. Once you enter you just sit there and take a ride for a bit in their disco car wash. The process only takes a minute or two. There were both side and top brushes. At the end it runs you through the blow dryer. When i entered the car wash I had heavy break dust all over both front wheels and thin mud half way up the sides of my car from driving through the rain. The front of my car was heavily spackled with dead bugs. When I left the car wash and pulled over to the vacuums my car was somewhat dry. They offer a few rags for customers to use. I dried off the remainder of the water on my car. The front was still full of bugs. The mud appeared to have been removed as did the majority of the break dust. Later, once my car dried completely I realized that I now have muddy swirl marks throughout the outside of my car. I used the vacuums provided. One side worked well. It had good suction but the vacuum had to be completely in contact with something in order for it to pick up. On the other side the suction seemed off like something was caught up in the system or maybe that side just didn't work as well. They also provide trash cans for trash disposal. Over all if you have a vehicle that's relatively clean and just needs a rinse off this would be a good but expensive option. If you have a dirty car then pull out a bucket or go to a self service because this isn't the one. For $26 I'd expect it to be able to at least get the dirt off and it didn't. read more

This car wash is convenient for me but I HATE going there bc they make their employees try to pressure you into joining their discount club EVERY time. It's irritating and bad business practice and a real turn off. The washes aren't that great and they never get wheels clean at all Overpriced too read more

I canceled my membership Dec 2025 Then in March I was charged for as a member. I had gone to Pell city south in March but paid as I had been doing with cash. The kiosk man ask didn't I want to be a member again I very clearly said no - paid for wash & went through There show I started membership that day. I never signed or said I would. The female using the big brush in the prep area was extremely rough, first she hit windshield wiper with the wooden part of the brush and I thought she broke it. Then she goes to the back, hits a trim piece next to the window, knocking it off but picks it up and tries to beat it back on. the manager comes out and says they will not fix it. read more

Depends on which ones are pre washing your vehicle. The gentleman that helped me a few times when I purchased the car wash super nice. He was training someone one of those times. (Knows what he's doing) I came in with red mud on my running boards. Needless to say, I should have went back out and came thru again. I went through the car wash today October 4th 2024 and the wash broke my windshield wiper right off my truck. I immediately showed it to the worker who took it to his manager and when the manager came and spoke to me he said he wasn't responsible. As far as the car wash went, it was fine. With this particular car wash, there are never any clean towels available when I get my car washed (which is usually later in the day). The bins are full of dirty towels but no one bothered to gather them to re wash and dry them until I asked for a towel. I realize they are complementary but it would still be nice to have one to use every now and then. No "we're sorry we didn't have any available" just excuses about how a family of 7 used all of the towels earlier in the day, they can only order 200 at a time, etc. read more

I was at the Trussville location. The workers at the carwash are polite. My issue was that my car never got clean. There were always water/soap spots and streaks on my windows. I went through twice the last time because it was not clean and it still came out a mess. I could not even see in my side mirrors because they were so blurry from the cleaners they use. I ended up going to another car wash down the road and paid again to have my car washed. No issue there, so I believe it is whatever chemicals/soap they use. The worker at Raindrop tried to tell me that it was because my car is black. This is not true because I never had this issue at the one I used before my move and it was not an issue at the second car wash I went to that day. Calling customer service was no use. They do not issue refunds and do not care that their carwash does not properly clean. read more

you all really let go of the best employee center point has had in quite some time I know since you all opened....she was a white girl I think her name was possibly Kimberly or Kim....but she went above and beyond making sure all of us customers were taken care of she listened to us asked us questions on what we would expect out of service and went out of her way to periodically make sure each and every customer was well taken care of I havent even been back since I learned you all let her go and I probably won't return until she does....i mean every other time I have been I've not gotten the same experience I've had with her she was the best thing you all could have had in center point or any raindrop seriously she made sure our vehichles were prepped right when we were finished with the washing part and parked vacuums she made sure our cars came out clean she just made it an all around better experience I know me and my work crew all decided not to use raindrop after finding out she was let go that was probably the biggest mistake employee wise and badically punishing us customers who regular the center point location because in all honesty she made it to where we wanted to come and had the best service I've seen in years when It comes to taking care of us customers I hate y'all let her go fr lost my work crew n myself so lost bout 15 customers just from my work crew lord only knows how many more you will lose at this location read more

I took my VERY dirty Jeep here and got the $25 Sunshine wash. The guys scrubbed it really well before I went through and when I came out, every drop of sap and gunk was gone! Jeep was spotless!!
