DO NOT use the tire center. The employees are lazy and lie repeatedly. You ask for a manager and they go get another associate. Calling corporate does nothing either. They will confirm the employees are making up policies that don't exist but will say they need to transfer you then put on hold for 30 mins and finally disconnect the call. read more

Stopped by to fill up the gas tank while we were nearby since Sam's Club members get to take advantage of a nice discount on gas prices. It can be a little tricky to get to the pumps, depending on which entrance you're pulling into. We had to wait a minute for someone to move out of the way as a line had formed and blocked us from getting to the other pumps... people didn't understand how to get into other lines, apparently. Other than that - The pumps were modern enough, and the area was clean enough, so nothing to complain about. read more

I was told that due to a 3 month policy change by corporate by the pharmacy that I could not get my prescription given to me because I was not a plus member and I have A huge hiatal hernia inside my chest and it makes me very tired. The pharmacy staff is very rude and they do not want to do their job. They hate when you call them to ask what prescriptions you have on file especially if it means that they have to look it up inside their computer. They want to do the least amount of work even though that's what they signed up for and get paid to do. I have held my tongue against them long enough. I tried to be nice and respectful to them even when they were nasty in return. They told me a month and a half ago that they would mail my prescriptions to my house and when I waited and waited for them it never came. I had to call over to the store to ask what happened and although I was told that they would mail my prescriptions after paying for it and them STILL not doing it they tried to act like they were getting it sent out asap because they never did it in the first place after telling me that they would. I am fed up with the ways in which they try to get around doing their job!! It's insane and unfair to customers. Do better 4836! read more

What can you say about a gas station that hasn't already been said? Sam has gas at a great price for members! The reason I'm docking them a few stars is because the flow of traffic is very confusing for someone who is not familiar with this location. read more

We went there and thy made us wait six minutes to get in the store because we are not plus members, we are disabled and it's already a painful task to even walk thru the store. Only to go to the back of the store and find out they don't have any fresh food because the refrigerators are down. It seems like they should give you a heads up about that! The refrigerators for the fresh meat and freezer section have been down for weeks and no one knows about anything on repair time. We love the store and depend on it with it being convenient. read more

I spent some money here. You just have to get a membership and you can enjoy the savings. If you buy in bulk like I do, you can see the savings. Also, if you buy in bulk, you don't have to go back to the store for while. I recommend buying such items like; paper towels, paper plates, garbage sacks, toilet paper, plastic red solo cups, and etc. If you have a freezer, then I advise buying food items here. Anyway, they waited on me quickly here and even smiled and talked to me up front while checking me out. I got such great customer service, I even came back in and had my lunch here for $1.50. That's right, you can get a large Coke and hot dog for a $1.50. Where else can you eat lunch for that price? In summary, buy a membership here, which they take your picture and put it on a card. Thus allowing you to shop here and save money buying bulk items. That way you make less trips to the grocery store. Yes, I will continue to shop at Sams Club. read more

Now, this Sams from the outside didn't look very BIG compared to the others I have visited. The parking lot wasn't crowded, and it was clean. This store was well stocked and had everything I wanted plus more lol. They had price tags where they should be. For this to be a smaller Sams, they had 3 registers open and they were helping customers check out. That's great customer service. The food area was nice and clean. Customer service was great here also. My hot dog and soda were great. My only complaint is when I was going to the restroom 6-7 employees were coming towards me and blocked my path to go to the restroom. They should have been paying attention, especially to customers. Other than that I will travel to this Sams Club anyday. They have items in stock plus have good customer service. read more

Can't say enough good things about this Sam's Club employees! My vehicles battery died out of the blue at the gas area in the pouring rain. The employees working the gas area radioed the repair area they jumped off my vehicle in the pouring rain and advised me not to stop on the way home. I asked them if they had a battery to fit and purchased and these nice folks installed. The men were so nice and concerned. All of the employees at this location always seem so nice and willing to assist customers. Even though it is a drive for me it is now my club of choice. Yes, I did call the manager and tell her how helpful everyone was especially in the pouring rain and yes they all got wet. read more

Just a warning not to use the order online process. It sounded like a good idea in light of the virus crisis but actually required more in-store time than the normal pushing a buggy around and picking up groceries and other items. Also take note that Sam's is not curbside, you have to physically go into the store which I guess was probably noted on their website so that's on me. But once finally inside the store at the right location the person there had do call 3 times for the person who is opposed to handle online orders and no one ever showed up. So she told me to go to customer service and there the gentleman told me I might do better just going around and picking up the items again and canceling the online order. Around that time a lady showed up at the original desk and began to try to look for my order. Of course I had order number and an Email telling us "your order is ready". That didn't help: she still told me they had no record of our order. Eventually after a good bit of searching they located a buggy that had our order selected out. When I got home I realized one of the items was not the same we had ordered, but was the cheap version, but I paid for the expensive version. All of this process probably took at least twice as long as the conventional method of shopping. In addition I think I was much more exposed to other customers and staff personnel than I would have been by the normal process. So beware. read more

I really enjoy Sams Club! This is the place to get great deals on a wide variety of items. If you're going to buy in bulk you can certainly do it here. Be careful! You will have quite the bill in your cart if aren't too careful! Paper products like toilet paper and paper towels are the real money savers here. Good products are definitely a money saver if your family consumes a lot of a certain product or if you just have a large family. Pet food and garbage bags I definitely saved on as well as some frozen food products. You can purchase clothes and large appliances at Sams and the prices look like they will save you money. Candy, snacks, and fruit can save you buying in bulk here as well. Don't bother trying to save on alcohol however as it's controlled by government and you won't get a deal on that. I love coming here and I enjoy walking around looking as it seems like a find something new to see or buy on every trip! It's definitely a bargain for the small price of membership! read more

The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. Prices are excellent also. Being a Prime Member you get an additional discount on RX and also free shipping to your home. Never had a problem with ordering, shipment comes within a few days. Am very happy with Sam's Club. read more

It's a Sam's club. The staff is helpful if you have a question and the employees serving samples usually seem to know their product well.

Cashiers are extremely slow. They dont accept American Express but walmart does. Self checkout is debit/credit card only , will not accept cash. I asked for a refund for my membership. read more
