These SOBs ghosted me for all those weeks. I texted them, called them, even texted them from their website. NOTHING! No response, no ETA, nothing! Finally, today I get a text saying the mower is ready. What the hell, guys? I am never going back to that place again. PS: It looks like "ghosting" residential customers is the way they roll. Damn. I wish I had read the other reviews before trying Mower Works.
