Working with Bubbles was a great experience! After my mom told me my windows were filthy :( and then recommended Bubbles, I called them right away. Their quote was very fair and even better with the deal they were running. They were on time, very friendly and efficient. My appointment was in the afternoon and the windows originally looked great. However, the back of my house faces east and the next morning the windows looked even worse than they did before! Bubbles came out the next morning and we realized that there was a residue from the original construction of the house 8 years ago that was never cleaned. This is my first time using Bubbles for gutter cleaning. I was given a 4 hour time window when I made the appt then got a text with a 1 hour range of when they would arrive and they did. Roberto was very thorough cleaning out the gutters on my 2 story house. He was there about an hour and showed me video of all the cleaned gutters when he was done. Payment is done later thru an email with a secure payment link. All in all, a painless process. read more

They came and cleaned my gutters and were to repair a section that bent. They cleaned the gutters but didn't fix the bend because they were working on a quote. Three weeks passed and I asked if they had the quote ready and they said they needed to send the tech back out because he forgot to inspect that part. The tech was here the next day and told me what was required to fix it and it shouldn't take any time at all. Two days later and still nothing from their office. Don't waste your time or add to your frustrations. Find someone else from the start. Again, one of those reviews that I can only give 1 star because there isn't anything lower. Update / not only did they not fix the gutter but they never cleaned it!!! I had to call another repair man to do the job right and he was pulling shingle grit out of the bend in the gutter. I contacted this business for a quote on my window washing. They gave me a quote, and said the technician would tell me exactly how much when he arrived if the quote needed to be changed. The technicians came and washed my windows. He then gave me an invoice for within $30 of my quote. I called the company and told them to go ahead and charge my credit card. They charged my credit card for $140 more than the invoice. When I called and asked why, the woman who was not nice told me the invoice was wrong and they "adjusted" it. Per their email the quote was just an estimate, but also per their email the technician would give me a final price before he started. The price the technician gave me was good, I don't understand how they can just change the price after the technicians leave. read more

Ended up ripping a screen which I noticed after they left and they left dirty water dribbles all over the wood work below each window so more work for me to clean up. In addition, I paid for the sills to be cleaned. Did a super poor job. When I hire a service and tip well I expect to be left in a better position after the service than before. Not to be left with more work and repairs to address. In addition they left all of the windows unlocked. They were locked when they started. Glad my husband caught this because if someone has entered our home and we were robbed, insurance would not have covered our claim!!! read more

It was such a waste of time and money contacting this company not to mention frustrating. There are multiple people involved and you never know who you are talking with. I purposely called the office the day before they were to come out to discuss the weather (30 degree temperatures). Bubbles assured me that they would be at my house between 8 am and 12 noon. Mind you this was after many phone calls with customer service. The day they are suppose to be at my home customer service calls at 10:00 am and said it is too cold to do my gutters. Really? Didn't I have this conversation the night before? I would think if you do business in Chicago, IL weather is an issue. I was told that techs don't come out unless it is 38 degrees or above. Nice. Perhaps, Florida would be a better place for your company. read more

I take off work early so I can be here then at 4 I get a call saying they can't make it. They want to reschedule. I understand stuff happens but to wait so long before you contact me is irresponsible. Bubbles is in the service business and they need to wake up to that. Big job amazing attention to detail. Workers were quiet and very detailed . I have Pella built in storms didn't want to remove them but worker did a side by side and showed me what removing them and cleaning would Look like. isn't cheap and my only complaint was there is some up charges high windows and certain types That don't align with pricing onsite. If you have a unique windows etc I would suggest they come and bid in person if possible. This was my first experience with window washers and it was a pleasant one. Bubbles was very professional and gave me a quote over the phone. A guy arrived that same day and washed all our windows inside & out. Did a very thorough job without any smudges. It's amazing how clear the outside can be when you have clean windows! We have approximately 40 windows and they charged $250. This included our glass storm doors and sliding glass door. Didn't shop around so not sure if there are cheaper companies. But, I needed my gutters cleaned and thought oh well I will give them a chance . I'm so happy I called them ( I've learned from past experiences you can't always trust the reviews) anyway they reached out to me promptly and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule . My technician was prompt as a matter of fact exactly the time stated in the text they sent over. I wish I had asked my tech's name because he did an awesome job . When he was done he cleaned up everything ( did leave a bag with leaves but I was expecting that no big deal ) . I'm pleased to say that I give Bubbles a thumbs up .I will be calling them for all my gutter jobs( of course the leaves are still falling ) and I'm hoping in the spring to have my windows washed . Used them several times to clean my house windows. Inside outside screens and sills are cleaned or you can specify what you want, for instance just do the outside. They do a fantastic job. They were done in about an hour and I think I have 20 windows. You would never know they were in your house. Windows are crystal clean. They call ahead and are on time. I'd highly recommend them. Tried to cheat me by adding 15 more windows than I had. Skipped gutters and only discovered when they were still there because I was told to remove the grids from windows or that would also be an additional charge. When I called them out on the window counting mistake and skipping gutters, they became very rude and skipped more than half the windows inside my house, made me sign their own handwritten line to say I inspected everything and then left. I only realized they skipped so many when the sun came thru the back of my house. My windows look horrible and I spend so much money! I would never ever use this company again! read more

This was our second time using Bubbles Window Washing. Although this time I did not get a call beforehand, their technician did arrive within the specified time envelope, introduced himself, came in and took off his shoes (before I asked him to), and efficiently and professionally did his work. He even brought to my attention an apparently leaking seal on one of the panes. When he was finished, I offered to pay the bill by CC, but he told me he preferred it to be called in, as he did not want a security issue by having it in his vehicle; I really appreciated that. My husband and I are selling our home and our two-story house had quite a bit of moss on the siding on the north side. We also hadn't had the gutters cleaned for a while. I called Bubbles and Michaela provided me with a quick estimate and they were scheduled to come out the following day. I received an email with the estimate attached, and confirmation emails regarding the appointment. The crew members were actually a few minutes early. They were polite, explained everything to me, and had me inspect the work. They did a beautiful job. We used Bubbles a couple of years ago to clean our agate patio and they did a superb job then as well. It's so good to see that their service ethics haven't changed. I called them to come and clean my gutters. I knew it had been a long time and they really needed it as water was rushing over the side of the gutter in some places during a rainstorm. I wasn't home when they came out, but came home to find muddy white plastic bags in the driveway knotted closed. I assumed it was the gunk in the gutters so I threw them out in the trash can. I don't care that they left the garbage, it's not a big deal. However, during the next rain storm I noticed the water was pouring out from the top of the gutter on the corner of the house. The next day I climbed up the ladder and saw it was clogged and muddy. So, I just cleaned it out and never said anything. Again, a bit disappointing, but not enough to call the company about. However, I did notice that my white gutters were filthy. I don't know if this typically happens after getting the gutters cleaned out and perhaps mud and dirt run out, but they are about 50% covered in leaves and muck all the way around the house. So, now I'm done, and unimpressed. I'll have to get on a ladder with a bucket and sponge or brush and clean them off. I won't be able to do the second floor because I won't climb out on the roof. I won't call the company, I'll just not use them again. Mess job...I'm sure there are more professional companies out there. read more

Bubbles was wonderful at my parents' home for gutter cleaning. Alberto was the tech and went over and above to make this a good experience. The hose reel connection had cracked, and water was shooting everywhere in the garage. He helped getting everything turned off, disconnected, and connected the hose directly so he could do the gutter cleaning. He also cleared the yard pop up from the in-ground gutter drain.
