Ringers just recently serviced warranty work for my patio and did a great job with repairing a short with the wiring to support lights on the steps. I was very impressed with the repairs. Thanks!!!

Dead hydrangeas after 1 week

Buyer Beware of Ringers! Had a $30k landscape project done and apparently that wasn't enough for them to call me back after majority of the plants and bushes died within a week. There's obviously a reason they don't provide included 1 year warranty on their product. And don't be fooled by the fake company/grounds tour Mike the sales manager gives you in his 4 wheeler and the customer service speech. Extremely disappointed and I'm still trying to battle for some help but all of my messages go unanswered at this point.

They cleared the area behind the two big trees and regraded with a swale.

Ringers helped us grade our entire back yard with a swale to guide rain water to a creek. They also re-graded and adjusted part of the rock creek to get the water to flow properly. They re-seeded after all the grading was done. It was a big job and took some doing but the results are amazing and exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so nice and cordial through the whole process. They had to come back and make some adjustments to ensure proper water flow after the first big rain but they made good on their work and it is...dare I say...perfect now.

I am very disappointed in Ringers landscaping. They did a fantastic job putting in my water system in the backyard, but the sod that was laid died in several areas, shortly thereafter, even though I watered and fertilized as instructed. Ringers has not offered to work with me and resolve this issue.

Foundation drainage system

Our house basement leaked during severe rain storms. I contacted Ringers and they came out within 3 days to provide a quote. The crew was well-skilled and knowledgeable to provide a ground drainage system while dodging the existing piping in the ground which was a real challenge. The end result is a system that resolved my foundation issue. Awesome work crew!

Thank you Ringers for not only the great service but this free Yeti mug!

He protected our brand new roof and worked with the roofers to ensure that everything met the proper requirements for a waterproof and sound installation. They'll tell you every excuse in the book, saying the patio has too much shade, poor drainage, etc. But the fact is, it was sealed and fine until they came, resealed/sanded it and then it was a disaster. Now I have to get it redone properly again. What a waste of money that was. Do not listen to the excuses they provide. They will reply here and it's 100% a lie. They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. Come with the excuses. Adios. https://youtu.be/e7CbCTkfPxE - view of the shoddy craftsmanship applied to my entire patio. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. My entire patio has sun hitting it, there's no excuses here. There's guards along the edge to keep plants from penetrating it, always has been. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

There was absolutely no communication between this company and myself and quite frankly I never saw Lenny again. My main contractor turned out to be a guy named Ethan. My main problem with this company was their serious lack of communication with me. They would call when they were already in route and leave little information on what to expect. I was supposed to know the ins and outs of a chimney rebuild with NO explanations from the supposed professionals. I never really had any conversations with them unless they didn't show up and I would call to find out why. My 1st impression was on the day they were supposed to start work here, after waiting 6 weeks, they requested to push the job back 2 more days. When I was not happy about that idea, Lenny said Ok they would start the next day. The next day Ethan showed up late, set up some scaffolding and then left at 10:30 never to return. Elite had successfully pushed my job back the 2 days they originally wanted in a very sneaky way, by pretending they were starting my job. I really don't appreciate a company that I have hired to act in such an unprofessional manner, thinking they pulled a fast one on their client. Nothing was ever communicated to me through the entire rebuild. Oh, but the day they finished they could knock on the door because final payment needed to be made. The invoice was in my email promptly the next morning. Previously they would maybe show up, maybe not a couple times with no explanation at all. This company felt no need to communicate with the client unless they wanted something. If I questioned something I was an annoyance to anyone associated with Elite. I was a non person with a checkbook to them. Not the kind of company I like to hire for a company with the highest quote! I could not tell you about the quality of the actual rebuild , I was relieved the stress was over. I certainly would not recommend Elite to anyone because in my opinion they are terribly unprofessional and did nothing to educate me about the process, did not like being questioned and after they received final payment reached out so they didn't get a bad review. Hopefully they treat the next paying customer a little better.

He only offered me the option of removing and…read morereplacing my entire front concrete porch that has two cracks in it --one was jagged -- so did not look good ($5500). Another company came out, drilled down the uneven concrete and coated the cracks with matching concrete for $100. Is this a lifetime fix? No, cracks do re-open but even brand new concrete can crack over time. Then Glen said to repair walkway was $2500 (completely take up and replace so it sits at higher angle to front patio so the step up to the front concrete porch is not so high up. Another company put in a form and built me a concrete step that makes it possible to not replace the walkway, and then they filled in concrete imperfections and cracks in the sidewalk and left me extra concrete color, if it re-opens. My garage needed a new step (replace old wood one with concrete) and he quoted me $225.00 which is reasonable, and my side step had sunk and he quoted me $525 to replace it. The other company simply added a step to the side concrete, anchored the new form to the house, recoated original step and charged me $200. Their cost on the garage step was similar but they made it extra wide, so we can fully step out on it. I guess what I'm saying is there is more than one way to fix concrete, and Glen only does it the expensive way. If you have a large budget (I would have had to allot $8000.00), then yes, go for it. I also had concerns that all the drilling of the front patio would affect cracks in basement wall on that side and re-open them and queried Glen re that in the email (no response). Glen does not respond well (if at all) to emails, so remember to call. I think that he does great work, but remember it's only replacement work. He's not going to offer you any kind of "fixing" it work. I've learned through watching the other mason work, that concrete is fixable, also, by a home owner. It's fascinating watching him mix colours to match whatever imperfection needs patching. I now have fixed some low places and cracks in my garage floor myself!!
