I had an amazing experience with Rainer painting pros. I really wanted to take my time with this review because they helped me and my husband so much. The owner Andrew came to my house the next day after I called. He was there on time and also gave me a quote the very next day. By the time I talked to Andrew I already had talked to 4 different contractors and all of them took a long time to give me a quote or would respond and then not respond back and some didn't even give me a quote. I was very happy to hear back from Andrew fast and also set a time and day for him and his team to come. They got there the very next week always on time and had everything ready. They were all very professional and very helpful. They painted my entire first floor and made sure they covered everything and took care of every detail. I am very happy with the outcome and the results of my house. We had a house fire in January and unfortunately and our insurance only covered the second floor paint in areas without doors. Andrew and his team painted all the rooms not covered by insurance and down stairs. They worked faster, and more efficiently than the contractors I had for my insurance work. I wish they did my insurance work too! So if you are looking for a contractor don't look anywhere else and just pick Rainer Painting Pros. I was very happy with my decision and happy with the use of me and my husbands money to fix our home and make it nice for us, the pups, cat and the baby. Professional and beyond courteous, Andrew Rainer and his crew were the nicest people to work with. We purchased this home almost 10 years ago. It was white on white. We were finally able to make much needed repairs and paint. We are not done yet, my husband has installed all of the bamboo flooring downstairs but...painting needed to be left to the pro's. They repaired all of the places where stucco had broken off before painting the outside. The interior was repainted as well. We were thinking of replacing our entire stair rail system but Andrew suggested a less expensive alternative since this is NOT our forever home. The difference is amazing! Stair railing was that 90's oak...its now dark and looks great with our light gray newly painted walls. We are more than comfortable recommending Rainer Painting Pros. We were in the middle of painting our new condo when we realized there was just 1 wall that needed to be painted that ceilings that were way too high for me or my husband to do on our own. Very disappointed in the finished project. Many edges were uneven. Some areas were completely missed. Hardware was not removed as quoted. Mini blinds were not removed as quoted. Sent messages to Andrew, the owner. He sent someone to fix the first few things I discovered, but would not come back to see for himself all of the other things I found. I'm glad there was extra paint because I have quite a few "fixes" to take care of before I can consider the job finished. Friends have asked for a Recommendation. I said no. read more

We had several painters scheduled to see the job and give estimates. Andrew showed up, and was on time which was the first PLUS. He spent a good deal of time going through the house with us - it was a lot of little projects. He explained how he could remove an assortment of non-functioning Nutone intercom boxes and various security boxes and phone/cable jack outlets from the walls, reconstruct those holes, prep and texture the walls, and then do finish coats of paint. One box that had to be removed was embedded in the home's exterior stucco. It is amazing how I can't see any trace of where all these (15 or more) were! He perfectly reconstructed and finished each wall. He also did some small painting jobs. He was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad we hired him. Thank you, Andrew! read more
