I have been going to Dr. Raines since I was 10 years old. So about 30+ years. Dr. Raines is calm and understanding. Dr. Raines is knowledgeable about nutrition and what supplements to take. The pain I have with whole body; Dr. Raines adjustments are painless and helps me able to do daily activities. If Dr. Raines did not do adjustments I will not be able to move and do daily activities. I have been to many different chiropractors over the past 10 years, but recently discovered Dr Raines. He has made a huge impact in my overall comfort and ability to do everyday tasks pain free. A few times I have needed a last minute adjustment and Dr Raines has found the time to schedule me with no advanced notice. He really does a great job with being flexible and working around his clients' schedules and needs. My last appointment was a bit of an emergency, as I injured my back less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to fly to Tahiti for my honeymoon. I called Dr Raines, and he arranged to meet me at a time that was not on his regular schedule. Been coming to see Dr. Raines for quite some time. He is by far the best chiropractor I've been to and I have been going since I was a kid. He is very knowledgeable and does not rely on trendy machines that many chiropractors use and then charge extra for. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I have been going to Dr. Raines , off and on, for well over twenty years now. I go when something happens and I think Oh no I am in trouble but then I know who to call! So I phone Elaine, Dr. Raines' wife and manager of all, who is incredibly accommodating and understanding and always fits me in. Three years ago, time flies and I had no idea it was that long ago until I asked them the other day when I was in, but I have not forgotten that day for a moment. I had had vertigo for three straight months. The one where you lie down and get up ,not even necessarily suddenly, but you involuntarily slam into a wall. I kept thinking it would go away but after three months it was still happening and I was starting to feel desperate. And then I thought I bet Dr. Raines could help. I went in that day, thank you again Elaine, he adjusted my neck and shoulders and then I lay down , got up, and I wasn't dizzy. This is not an overstatement to say that it was like a miracle. I went back four days later for another visit and three years later I continue to be symptom free. I have learned a lot about the body and the significance of appropriate adjustment. I made a visit to Dr Raines today to get a very painful thumb/wrist unblocked because once again I knew he could fix it. ( I did not wait three months ).
