Shortly into her appointment she realized that her person was answering phones and greeting arriving guests who proceeded to stop and leave her room at least eight times (she lost count after that) during her appointment. After getting dressed, using the bathroom and tipping she got in her car to realize that her appointment had been cut short to only 40 minutes. In result of working from home since March, my posture and back were suffering. Rachel focuses on what you want her to focus on and gives recommendations on what to do outside of the massage to keep your body going strong and to eventually see some improvements.
