They only offered 10% refund which I rejected. I do not owe them I paid their bill in full . They sent my name to a collection for $100 which I do not owe o them. I contacted them today to have them remove the $100 which I do not owe to me , but all efforts were futile. People do now use this company thy are fraudulent. They will increase your electricity even when you are not at home and you are not using any appliances and ac or heater. They overfilled me for over three months and they sent my name to a collection agent . Do not use Trieagle energy for your electricity needs. They are horrible and customer service is a joke
