This car wash just doesn't get the car clean. The bug prep cleaner is a great work out but doesn't get the bugs off. Maybe they've changed the product from last year or dilute it too much? The running boards and back window of my SUV don't even look like they've been through a car wash when I'm done. They had no detail bottles or rags available and ask that you limit your vacuuming time to 10 minutes. Complete waste of money. The kids who work there are friendly and nice. read more

The customer service we received here was good. The car had a few spots (bugs and bird poop) that the car wash left on the car. Our car was fairly dirty pre-wash We ordered the managers special and fast pass. Took my new truck there and signed up for their monthly package. First time I went thru the car wash scratched the hood of my truck as well as the roof. I filed a claim and they did not respond for a week until I went back by to complain about their customer service. My claim of course was denied. This is a horrible car wash. I'm out over 1,500.00 is damages. Do not wash you car here! read more

We drive a large SUV. Recent changes or updates at the MLK - Decatur Il location has resulted in our vehicle not getting cleaned. The front looks good however the back is filthy - and we run our vehicle through daily most of the time. We called the manager and he's going to adjust the timing of the brushes. They need to do something! The Mt Zion location does not have this problem. Might have to go elsewhere! read more

$25 a month and you can get your car washed daily. This place works because it's in Central Illinois and cost of living is so damn cheap! I get the $45 a month so I can get the wheel shiner and hot wax treatment for my POS 2003 honda accord. But seriously, what the hell else can you ask for? read more

Not a bad wash to go to one of the better ones in decatur. Last two times I've been. There has been soap left on my car so I have to take it elsewhere to spot free it off. The prices need work at this location very pricy when u can get a automatic wash for 1/2 price elsewhere. Only good thing is the early bird special I think that was a wonderful idea. read more

I am a Fast Pass Member, I have been disappointed with No bug Prep since last fall, I increased my package for that reason yet that service is not given now, they set up a self serve station when you enter but if busy its really difficult to get in and out of the station, I will be returning to the cheaper plan, but not satisfied. read more

The car wash itself is very good. However, the employees that work there are rude, unbelievably uncooperative and abrasive. They have ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills and apparently receive NO training in customer service. As long as you never have any problems with billing, or tags reading, etc., you'll be fine. However, as soon as you have a problem, you'll SERIOUSLY question why you bother with this car wash. Recently had an experience (8/28/2016 @ 4:00pm) with a car whose tag was not reading. One of the two females working there became hostile, DEMANDING that I produce bank statements to PROVE to HER that I had paid for the the car washes for my vehicle. I emphatically stated that I would NOT give them any of my bank statements! They had the vehicle in the system, I had a tag attached to the window, yet she asserted that it is MY fault and I HAD TO PROVE THEM WRONG. I said "I've even come inside to try to resolve the issue with why this tag isn't reading, and you BLAME ME!" and that they needed to tell ME when or why there is a billing problem. Upon asking to speak to a manager or owner, was told "sorry, we can't give that out". Keep in mind, I'm paying nearly $75 monthly (2 cars) for this level of abuse...... There is no "customer service" here--just rude, accusatory, self-entitled employees. I've had similar experiences at the Bloomington (Main St) and the Champaign (Neil St) locations, so it's not a "one time" issue. read more

Im tired of going to this carwash and having the staff that is supposed to be directing you into the rails not paying attention or giving guidance to avoid scrapping your rims! I get it you probably dont drive a $56,000 car but i do and i expect better from a business that ment to care for cars!!! Very disappointed. One time the car mover punctured the undercarriage sound proofing to the tune of $400 in damage. All because they werent paying attention. GET IT TOGETHER! read more

I took my car to the Rainstorm Car wash this afternoon at 1:30pm to get it washed for the weekend. The employee that was working the front line of the car wash barely looked at my car as I was pulling in , sprayed it a few times and then pointed to the sign to put the car in neutral. As I was going through the car wash , half way through my van started jerking a little, I figured that since the car wash was so busy that it was the car line slowing down in order to make sure that the cars didn't hit each other. Finished the wash and rounded the corner to take the van to the vacumns and clean out the inside. I noticed that the car felt weird as I drove it around and when I got out the back drivers side tire was completely flat. Went into the service area and spoke to Devon Keigley who told me he was the main person in charge and had me fill out a form, he told me he had to review the cameras and would be back out. He then called me to the camera room and said that my hand was on the steering wheel of the van as I was exiting the car wash and my other hand was on the gear shift and I put my van in reverse and that it was my fault that my tire popped. I explained to Devon that I had my hand on the steering wheel as I was exiting the car wash and that you can clearly see my hand did not move and how could I put the van in reverse when it was in neutral and I would of put it down to drive? He told me that he can't just write checks when it is evident that it wasn't their fault. I asked him to please flip to the middle of the wash when the van jerked and after flipping quickly through the tapes he said nope don't see a problem, sorry about the trouble but nothing that I can do for you. I went in with all 4 tires good and left with one flat. Mr. Keigley was rude and very arrogant and stated that he was the only one that I could talk to and that he was the main decision maker for the company. Not only did the tire pop it also broke the sensor on the tire stem. I will never return and will make sure that all I know never visit either,. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I have been going here for years, I love the wash under normal conditions but they have a few issues. Once I went for a wash during normal bus. hours about an hour and a half before they closed and they were already closed. They told me it was because they had no customers so they just closed early. Another time me and my family were their we just stopped moving after feeling what felt like a road bump and then the automatic pull system pulled the car behind us into ours and preceded to push us out using the car behind us. Last but not least, perhaps the most irritating of it all, our city is under a water restriction and they can't use water to wash cars so they are bringing it in to stay open but instead of telling customers up front that they have shut off the heavy water consumption parts of the car wash (the high pressure sprayers that actually do the cleaning and rinsing) they just let us pay for the most expensive wash they have with no warning that we were not getting what we were paying for and we were expecting business as usual. The dang thing didn't even was the dirt and dust off my car, in fact it made it worse by adding soap to it and not rinsing it off. I am starting to get fed up with this places lack of customer service and absentee management styles. Like I said great wash if everything works perfectly every time. read more
