Came in at 1am and ordered a sandwich combo with no lettuce. At the time i was the only car in the drive thru, but i still ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order. When I got home i found that they replaced the sandwich bread for toast slices and still managed to put lettuce in my sandwich. To make things worse the fries were ice cold. Expect a wait bc everyone always wants a Cane's fixing. Despite the poor drive through design, the workers do their best to take orders in a fast fashion (it helps that the menu isn't very large). I always opt for the Caniac combos (6 pieces of chicken tenders, fries, no slaw, extra toast). Comes out hot, ready, and delicious. Most people love Cane's for its iconic sauce, but it's not personally for me. I prefer ketchup and maybe a little Tabasco on the side. I cannot speak for the indoor seating, as i always get my food to go, but you can usually expect to order and get your meal in under 30 minutes! read more

Long awaited location! We went the first day it opened around 9:30pm and the wait in the drive thru wasn't too bad for opening day. We did try to go earlier in the day and the line wrapped around the parking lot which is to be expected. The food was good as usual! I do feel like the chicken tenders get smaller every time I visit. They did forget a few items in our order so we had to go back inside to get what we needed but they were super nice about it and gave us extra stuff. read more

For a fast food spot, Cane's was awesome. This is a new location with double drive-thru lanes. Ordered the chicken sandwich w/sauce and chicken fingers. The chicken sandwich was great. Also, the tenders were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of breading. The chicken was not overcooked which was great. Fries were ok. The original sauce was awesome, but the honey mustard was a bit too sweet for me. The wait time in the drive-thru was pretty good, not overly slow. Great first-time experience. read more

Always hot and fresh chicken, the fries are either hot and crispy or lukewarm and soggy. The drive through design is absolutely terrible. You're technically supposed to drive around the front of the building in order to get in the drive through but there's a cut through that people tend to take and they cut in line and block the exit from the parking lot read more

They over fried the chicken which makes it feel like rubber. Little fries with no taste, and the food was cold by the time I got home 2 minutes away. Will never come back here. I've had better chicken tenders at a gas station. The worst part is that it's super expensive to buy rubber chicken. At Cane's Laveen, 4 out of 25 in our Tailgate order were barely bigger than a French fry and the others were not much bigger or thicker. So disappointing after a long week of working hard for our money! When they 1st open the fingers were twice this size or better. Maybe we will try Famous Dave's set to open towards the end of November. Hopefully Cane's Laveen will either source better suppliers or add a few more fingers. They were still tasty but about 20% more expensive based on size. So instead of $42 for 25 fingers we essentially paid a little above $50. We went to canes on Thursday night and I have never been more appalled by the way they treated us. There was 7 of us (it was my family) and canes and no was in there eating at all. So we decided to get off and eat inside. We walk in immediately roll their eyes when we walk in. they take our order and they the food is out. We get our food and we are missing chicken strips from our 3 finger combos that only have two. My mother ordered the 6 piece combo with an extra side of bread. She didn't get her bread that automatically comes with the meal. So my father got up to ask and the two girls in the photo immediately say there's no way that happened can we see the food so we had to physically show them the food. They still didn't believe it! My dad was at a point where he was just hungry so he was willing to pay for it. Thankfully I think he was the manager and he says just to give us the missing food. I love canes and my family does too but these days I've been going it hasn't been a pleasant experience.
