They also had chips, snacks, candies, fruits and grab and go items. In the corner areas they had coffee stations, lotto machines and ATM. In the corner by the entrance, they had a small dining space with three tables. Multiple staff members were available at register and sandwich station. I went to store looking for specific version of Coke Zero. Unfortunately they didn't have any coca-cola cans in the wall freezer. But few other soda combos had deals on them. I strolled around the store for a bit, but couldn't find anything I wanted.

Our family has worked with CVS for the better part of 15 years. We have have had the opportunity to get to know Kristen and Sandra as well as the male pharmacist (I am forgetting his name) intimately. Each of them warm hearted, empathetic, patient and understanding. HOLLY, on the other hand - aggressive when speaking, interrupts, says she will hang up. While I was extremely frustrated closer to the end of the conversation, it was warranted as I listened to her explanation of the process, I had CLEARLY ASKED if she could then listen to my question and concerns without being interrupted. She continued to interrupt me. Then spoke assertively which then spun me into raising my voice. She threatened to hang up on me. In fact put me on speakerphone, using her associate's names against me. Horrible. I am left with disappointment and disgust. Horrible bedside manner. ***IF we did not need to change pharmacies due to insurance reasons, I can ASSURE CVS that I would be moving pharmacies regrettable IMMEDIATELY. I hope for the sake of Westwood CVS' customers needs, that she is a temporary pharmacists covering for the head pharmacist who is hopefully on a well deserved vacation.

I don't know how they are allowed to operate with such poor cleanliness. This place caters to locals and more importantly to the young children who frequent here on their lunch break from the middle school right next door. They are very busy during lunch time. Here is the big issue. They have no prices listed on their menu board and just charge whatever they want. You can preorder on their website where prices are listed. So it's easy to see what you should be charged. I have tested this theory a few times and every time the identical order I place in store has varied in price by FIVE DOLLARS. That's a large price difference for a sandwich and a drink!! The actual charge if ordered online is significantly less. When I asked them about it I was told to go somewhere else if it's a problem. Do not allow this place to overcharge you or your kids.

Sludge dripping out of the sides of every machine, along the walls there is visible remnant of whatever spilled or leaked out of the machine dripping down the walls. Unacceptable and disgusting. I did ask to speak to a manager and the clerk mentioned there wasn't one available, I did express my disgust politely and the clerk pointed out the garbage made by younger patrons.. that is still the responsibility of the clerk to keep the store clean and appealing. I reluctantly purchased 2 small slurpees for my children against my better judgement, I would not return. The store owners should have some pride in their establishment.

They also had lots of soda, milk and drinks in huge wall fridge, big coffee station, ATM, ice cream and of course the slur pees. There's small bites hot food section by the register too. We visited this store several times over the years. Candies, snacks, sodas and other stuff we bought were fine quality wise. Prices seem little bit higher to me, especially for candies and snacks. Staff members were always available at the registered and checked out customers quickly.
