My root canal failed after only one year and a peice of root was leftover. The root canal was not done well so now I have to get a new one, a filling, and see a specialist to remove the rest of the root! I feel very frustrated as that is hundreds of dollars flushed down the toilet. read more

i will NOT go back. when he filled a cavity between my back two teeth he fused them together to where i now can't floss in between those teeth. they had to call me in a prescription over a week after as well because he practically dislocated my jaw whilst filling my cavity and i still couldn't open my mouth all the way.. i was told that was normal. he was also very unsure about what he should do and asked ME if he should treat it as a regular cavity or a root canal read more

This place deserves a 5 star rating. Since moving to Tulsa, I chose carefully who was going to be doing our dental care. I really believe that this facility not only gives great care to the patients, but also gives very fair pricing. PRIOR to finding Dr. Patel, all my dental work costs were expensive. It tells me a lot when I do research and find that Dr. Patel is passionate about mission work and gives back to the community. I love seeing Stephanie for my cleanings. Because of his shoddy work years prior, I eventually needed a molar pulled. my recommendation is that he focus less on exotic cars and more on doing quality dental work. It was Friday and we had traveled to Tulsa during our anniversary weekend. The veneer came off of my front tooth. We called Dr. Patel's office to see if they could get me in. I've been going here for 2 years n have been treated very kindly by the dentist himself with him only making 1 mistake, since i stated seeing him, and his assistants, but That's another story. However his front desk ladies that answer the phone and schedule you, have been rude, insulting and disrespectful to not just myself but to my insurance carrier, and I've tried to get them on the phone twice since then. (so 3 calls all together, n with my insurance carrier on the line), The second time they insulted n were disrespectful and rude to my insurance carrier and hung up the phone on them) I've asked to speak with dentist patel directly and was told he doesn't speak directky to his patients. Now, Patel is a alright dentist and this is not so much about him (altho, I do wish he gave me more time to tell him about this in person, but if you've ever been to his office for any kind of dental work, you would notice he's a busy guy, focused on work. Although when i tried to bring this to his attention, he didnt wanna hear it, n wanted to just focus on my teeth which i appreciate him wanting to "get to it" but his staff at the front desk and the way they treat incoming callers and his patients is not right. Also when I was last there, his dental assistant (person who helps the dentist with everything) went to walk me out like they always do (kindly) after seeing Patel, n came to the girl at the front desk to let them know "the plan" and to schedule my next visit. The lady behind the desk told the assistant that was with me, " you put in in the computer, it's not my job!" Again this was said in a rude way. The 3 ladies at the front desk are hurting his business and image. I wish I could've brought this up in a more private fashion, but as I've stated they would not allow me to speak with him n when I tried reaching them on may 13th with my insurance carrier they wouldn't answer the phone, n it was 3:30 n not closing time yet. Yet, they still wouldn't answer, I agree with everyone, n he would've gotten a good rating from me, dispite 1 mistake that i won't say due to legal reasons, and aside from this fact with his employees at the front desk. The ladies at the front desk, their behavior ruined my visit each time. I hope this reaches him, since my last option to reach him is to walk in there to the back, during his working hours, n disrupt whoever he's with at that time to inform him of this issue and I feel like that might be more dramatic then necessary, n don't want to do that. Even tho we're almost to that point, to keep him as a dentist n to be able to reach him. Altho, I think it's time i start looking elsewhere for my dental needs. read more

What I love about this place is that I'm in and out faster than any other dentist office I've ever been to. They start my appointment on time and before I know it I'm done! They have cutting edge equipment and the staff has always been extremely friendly. They have a nice waiting room and kids' room. I totally recommend this place. read more

I was a long time patient of Dr. Patels. He did a root canal for me, and my tooth was causing me pain. I was still having pain after months, so he gave me a second root canal on the same tooth which didn't fix the problem. After feeling like I was not listened to, I went to a specialist, and they had to completely redo the root canal because it was done wrong. Dr. Patel wouldn't cover any costs or give a refund. Also prescribed me a medication once that they knew I was allergic to. Would not recommend. read more

Yes 5 Stars!!!!! Highly recommended and for good reason. Raj is passionate about what he does and gives of himself to the greater community of Tulsa and the world. While at my appointment I took time to speak with his workers about what it's like there. Several of them have been with him for years due to his management style and servant leadership. Huge bonus points when your staff likes coming to work and speaks highly of you after +10 years. If you noticed above I mentioned the "world". Raj travels often to do medical missions where he helps those who can not afford dental care in their own country. Recently he was part of the Joyce Meyer team helping to bless those abroad. Great team, great doctor.. but they sold their service also for esthetics and for cosmetic dentistry. For some reason In the beginning when I asked for before and after pictures they couldn't give me any. I went ahead with it anyway since I trusted them and I didn't want my transaction with them to feel awkward since they were so nice. After the teeth were put in, I felt it was like pulling teeth to have them redo the front tooth. The tooth didn't fit right, and you could see the black metal part. When I raised the issue up, their responses made me feel like my question was trivial. I understand the part where your body doesn't do what you want it to do sometimes, but isn't esthetics what they advertise that they also specialize to do? If not then don't advertise that specialty. Also, their teeth lab aren't the best. The teeth are very obviously fake. The replacement shape was definitely not like the other pair and now I have a strange smile. read more

I trusted Dr Patel for years. I went to my appointments every 6 months. After losing a crown and being unable to get in to see Patel for at least a week, I went to another dentist. He commented on how poorly cared for my teeth were, I was put off but concerned. I scheduled an appointment for a routine checkup with yet another dentist just to see if they commented without prompting, they did. I am now in process of having thousands of dollars of work done to correct my teeth. My father went to Patel as well. He's now having corrective dental care too. Four independent dentists have now said Patel's work was incorrect and damaged our teeth. Go somewhere, anywhere else. read more
