Dr. Naik extracted a tooth, and I was coming off the table in pain and finally had to yell out asking him to stop asking for additional numbing medication. I was not given any printed aftercare instructions and had multiple complications following extraction and bridge placement. Dr. Naik suddenly "retired" a few days after my extraction, and his partner took over care. His partner had much better bedside manner, but nothing went right after the tooth extraction. The temporary bridge did not fit properly and fell out. The permanent bridge did not fit properly and had to be sent back to manufacturer, then it was not cemented well and also fell out. I should have done some research before choosing this dentist office!!! read more

Ok, I had my teeth taken out by a few places. Im gonna tell you that these guys are amazing. I was in crying pain from a wisdom tooth that was coming in. I've had my uppers for 10 years. 5 years into wearing them and my wisdom started coming in. 5 years later 2025 I have a massive whole in it. It felt as if someone was hammering a nail into that tooth. Made the call they got me in. When I told the Dentist that I didn't want to feel pain at all. He made sure of that. Definitely gonna go back to them for my future bottoms to be put in. Thank you guys so much for giving me my smile back again. I can now wear my dentures. I will only give 2 stars because the dental hygienist that worked on me was very caring and amazing at her job! She eased a lot of my anxieties about not having been to the dentist in a while. However, after my cleaning, I was told by the dentist that I had 8 cavities that needed filled. 8. I was gobsmacked. He told me I needed to make two new appointments, 4 cavities filled at each appointment. Then I was told I'd need to pay over $400 out of pocket for the services needed. I couldn't afford that at the time and left without making any appointments. Fast forward to today, I went to a new dentist at a private practice. He took one look at my x-rays and told me I only had 4 cavities, most of which were small ones that barely needed work done. When I told him what the dentist at Dental Depot said, he was upset and told me there was no way I had even close to 8 cavities, let alone 8 that all needed work done. All I can say is thank goodness I didn't get any work done at Dental Depot. To lie to patients about what work they need done is just disgusting. Dental Depot does get you in fast but the amount of paperwork you have to do each time you visit is crazy! I told the receptionist that insurance and everything is the same but they don't care, you still have to fill out five or six forms each time! They took me back for X-rays and apparently you cannot refuse X-rays despite most dental offices giving you the right to decline. That was it for me! Very frustrated. Took off work early to make appt and of course at 430 got stuck in memorial traffic. Called to let them know I would be a few mins late and they informed me that because I was 5 min late that I couldn't come. I told them I could literally see the train and it wasn't even 430 yet so I would try to make it. When I arrived at 435 they checked in and even after showing them the paperwork I signed that said you had 15 mins they refused to see my kid. They also did a root canal on my daughter (Aug 2024) and it's still currently a open tooth with temp filling because they can't get the second part of the procedure approved by sooner but they never once mentioned that soonercare will cover stainless/resin crowns before 16. Got an appointment the next day of inquiring Wait time was very minimal I don't remember the girl who took the X-rays and stuffs name but she was sweet Lori and Dr Resh were really nice and explained everything thoroughly. I need some more work done and they asked the front to work up 2 estimates for me One for 4 appointments for a root canal And one for just 1 extraction appointment. After looking at the papers I got it was just for 3 appointments for the root canal and I called and spoke to Shelbi about it and let her know the dentist and Lori were going to break it up into 4 appointments to help with spreading the cost out and such. Without even going and speaking to anyone she basically acted like I was lying and wrong.. I didn't really appreciate that at all. Doctor is amazing, office staff does not know how to bill. They also do not know the insurance rule for which insurance is primary if the patient is under 26. I've also told them multiple times which insurance is primary out of my two and they can't seem to keep it updated in their system. I received a surprise bill and was told it was for my root canal as insurance pays at different prices but then when I asked my insurance I was told it's covered at 90% so i should not have a bill since I'm double covered. When I asked about this with the office again I was told it was because my insurance was billed incorrectly so it was not paid for and that is why I have a remaining balance. I also asked for a call back from the manager but never got one. They finally resubmitted the claim to my insurance correctly and I do not owe anything anymore but save yourself the trouble if you have double coverage. Do not go here. I thought it would be helpful for me but it has just made things worse. read more

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CLAIMS! This dental depot has screwed up on my medical billing 3x for 3 different occasions in the last 3 years! Always using the wrong medical code so my claim is denied, then I have to call my insurance and have them call the dentist to sort it out! Had I been incompetent I just paid; I would've been out of pocket for something that is covered! I wish I would have read some of these reviews. I went a month or so ago and they did a bunch of fillings on both sides of my mouth and replaced a crown. And now here I am having mouth and face pain for the last three weeks, seeing a couple other doctors thinking it was other reasons because the dentist here keeps telling me it's not my teeth even though I have sensitivity in my teeth he wants to send me to a specialist for a root canal even though he told me he doesn't see anything that he would make me need a root canal and it doesn't look like I have any infections in my mouth on the x-ray. read more

On top of that, they had my mom pay for services that they never did, then continue sending her bills for excessive amounts of money. They keep cancelling my moms appointments, but asking her for more money each time. The one manager does not belong in a place working with the public. My kids have been going here since my youngest was 3, she is now 10. Yesterday, I was caught in the horrible construction traffic and was 10 minutes late. Mind you, took my kid out of school and drove from Owasso. They canceled my appt and told me I'd have to reschedule because they have a 5 minute late policy. So many times we didn't get in at our scheduled appointment time because they were late or you get back in the room and wait 15 minutes in then. The staff that works the desk are so rude. No compassion or even kindness. Terrible. So, yesterday they lost more than my appt. I have removed my 3 kids as patients. There are to many dentists in Tulsa and the surrounding area to settle for this kind of behavior and treatment. Please do not take your children here!!!! Heed the reviews!!! Had an appointment at 11am waited an hour to be seen. Only needed a loose crown tightening, after waiting an hour was x-rayed and examined, then made to wait another hour only to be told they don't have the tools to tighten crowns. They told me they would contact another dental depot to help which then took another 30 minutes, the one dentist willing to do the work wanted to charge $650 for a crown tightening which frankly borders on criminal activity. Do not go to this dentist under any circumstances. Highly unprofessional, disorganized and are just trying to milk you and your insurance for every penny they can without any care for the patient themself. read more

Horrible. Scheduled cleaning for my daughter over 6 months ago at previous cleaning. A couple days before I get a call that they have to reschedule so I was able to get her rescheduled in two weeks. Confirmed the appointment via text and phone. We show up and was told it would be a TWO hour wait because they were behind. No call or anything. I'm glad it was just for a cleaning and not something serious. They obviously over book and have no idea what they are doing. BA location just as bad. Book through August. I wish I had read the reviews before I selected this dental office. In my opinion they are very unprofessional. They flood your phone with email and text message reminders of your appointment advising you that you may incur a fee for failure to keep your appointment without notifying them. But when you check in well before your appointment your sitting for at least 2 to 3 hours. I had a tooth pulled three root canals and a bridge installed back in February. As of today I'm still in pain I advised them of the pain they blew me off. The bridge is loose and moves I'm my mouth. I believe I have an exposed nerve it hurt so bad. I haven't been able to even chew on that side. Both insurances have been maxed out due to these procedures so it leaves me no choice but to go back and have the procedure I originally paid for done right. This entire ordeal has been a horrible experience I pray they make it right and fix what I paid for and filed on my insurance. read more

So I hate going to the dentist, I imagine everyone does. However this was by far the greatest experience that I could've imagined having at a dentist office. I went in to get my wisdom teeth checked out & they yanked them for me right on the spot. The assistants, the lady that handles payment & especially the dentist himself were all super friendly & to the point. They helped put my mind at ease during a stressful situation of getting three wisdom teeth removed. Do Davis was the gentleman who did my procedure. Do not take your kids to this location unless Dr. Do is available. Our regular Pediatric Dental office was closed on a Friday. My child had been up all night on Thursday in pain. This place was close to the house and was able to take walk-ins. The registration part and the office staff, including the dental assistants, were very welcoming and accommodating. However, Dr. Tat should not see pediatric patients. He was extremely impatient with my child, and the child across from us. I should have clued into it. We ultimately... after I told him to take everything off her, and was ready to leave.... were able to meet with Dr. Do, and he was very kind and reassuring to my child that this experience should not scare her. He was able to make a plan that fit our need and do what needed to be done. I am thankful for Dr. Do, and his efforts. We were able to return to our regular dentist on Monday and will never go to Dental Depot again. I was unaware of the horror stories until I mentioned our experience. Just trying to save another parent the heartache, and headache we went through. For a dental outfit that is train oriented, and seems kid friendly, it surely is not. read more

Worst dental Experience my wife's ever experienced. Went on Thursday for a tooth extraction, Saturday removed a shard of tooth from wound. Sunday, intense pain, huge lump in gums.. rescheduled an appointment for today (04/28/2021) dentist told my wife likely draw socket, and bone. Now my wife did dental for 2 years, so she insisted on having an additional X-ray of the area. You'll never believe this... half of her tooth still under the gums. So under the knife she goes again, get the remaining of the tooth out. Dentist advises she goes directly to the pharmacy to pick III her pain medication and antibiotics. Now waiting two hours at the pharmacy and they still haven't called in the prescription. She's in excruciating pain and they are all at lunch. Not even worth a 1 star review. read more
