It's really incredible how well he did. As with any oral surgery there is some discomfort but the overall pail if it really wasn't bad all. I just had another gum graft on my lower gums and so far things have been healing quite nicely. I has uncomfortable the first day but recovered fairly quickly and quite well. I was recently diagnosed with tonsil, tongue and lymph node cancer, and Dr. Jump saw me on very short notice to provide a "clearance letter" so I could proceed with my cancer treatment plan. I also wanted some targeted dental work done on one tooth before starting radiation treatment, but Dr. Jump wisely recommended that I take no action regarding that one tooth. How incredible is that! After being his patient for several years you get to know people and I like the relationship I have with the staff and the stellar level of excellency and professionalism that is delivered each time I visit. I used to be one of those guys with 'dental anxiety' and was very nervous and fearful with seeing a dentist. This was due to a bad experience, but after several visits to this office I now no longer have that to fear. The staff is great about explaining everything and always making sure that that comfort is kept. Also, having the nitrous is a help and they always ask if I need it. In short, I wish either I was 20 years older or Dr. Casler was 20 years younger so I don't have to worry about finding another dentist when he retires.

I told them I would absolutely not be getting a crown and wanted confirmation that it couldn't be filled. They said no. I repeated I wouldn't be getting a crown ever. They kept pushing, giving me a printout for the $500+ they would be charging me and trying to schedule. I said I was not going to schedule anything because I was never coming back there again and walked out. I then scheduled an appointment with Atlanta Place Dentistry, who kindly performed an x-ray at no cost, since Perfect Smile had never sent my records over even though I signed a release weeks before. They confirmed that not only did I not need a crown, I didn't even have a cavity. It's absolutely unacceptable to be scamming people this way. I can't help but wonder how many poor people have wasted money and had their teeth drilled down for absolutely no reason. I also find it highly unprofessional to have crucifixes hanging in every room a medical office, especially if you're going to be scamming people.
