During the appointment she says that she was not aware that her office didnot share bloodwork report with me prior to appointment. Her advise was to lose 5-10 pounds of weight and have a little control on cholesterol. Before adding that if she tells this on phone she doesn't make any money. But did you not make money on my prior visit when I got the bloodwork copy. I didnot see any patients in her office during my two visits and didn't take me long to figure out why...

I've NEVER had a problem with the front desk staff or the medical nursing staff. I never have a problem making appointments or receiving my bloodwork results. Dr O'Donnell always listens to me and answers my questions, listens to my concerns and helps me make the best decisions for my health. I love her - she's really a nice, friendly, caring doctor.
