This office took an appointment from me, I was able to get in quickly. I accidentally forgot our followup appointment (the time was changed by the office and I didn't change that time in my calendar). When I called deeply apologetic the office staff were nice and were able to fit me in later that day. Unheard of customer service in the medical industry. Dr. Zuckermann listened intently to my concerns. I've unfortunately become used to doctors dismissing me, which is frustrating as a mother who spends all of her time with her children and sees something isn't right. He immediately agreed to run tests and went over the results with me carefully. While my son didn't test positive for food allergies Dr. Zuckermann encouraged me and my motherly instinct to continue looking for the culprit for my son's illness.
