Arrived at facility to be told the procedure was scheduled at a different facility. I have proof through the text messages but they wouldn't hear anything just I was mistaken. Already only use Geisinger for one doctor because I trust him. They are money greedy charging blue cross $433 just to walk on the floor. My payment just to see the doctor is $50 copay for doctor, $113 to walk on the floor. That's $163, with blue cross to see a doctor. Urgent care centers are even worse. Told I had a sinus infection well I ended up in the hospital for seven days with a lung infection. Stay away from Geisinger if you want to live. Only reason I trust my neurologist is because I've been seeing him for over 20 years but he his the only reason I use them.

The wait time was quick, she was triaged in just a few minutes and being treated just a few minutes after that. The facility is really clean and everything looks new and well taken care of. The team taking care of us was great and addressed all of our concerns. I'm definitely considering switching to this network next time someone in my family needs care!

I…read morewould recommend staying as far away from this hospital system as possible because they do not care about their patients and certainly don't care about finding out the root causes of illnesses and other medical conditions. My mother had been here two times previously in the past week and sent home with a prescription for pain saying there's nothing wrong with her. Fast-forward one week when she is in excruciating pain and we take her to Geisinger community Hospital in Scranton and they found that she has a broken bone in her spine. They also found she has an infection and a couple other issues that need to be addressed, but we're completely ignored and dismissed by the other hospital. We are considering legal action due to the negligence of the hospital, doctors and staff.

I had an ankle injury. I went there and the doctor told me I need an MRI. The girl at the office…read moreschedule my MRI but since they had no openings there, they sent me to their other location. I got the MRI done and visited the doctor again. The doctor said there's nothing wrong whIch that ankle had same problem more than 5 times that year. Then they sent me a bill for $230 for the MRI since it was out of network. I went there and said that why they sent me out of network facility. They took my number And told me they would call me back. They called me back today saying that it was my fault, i should check. If I had the MRI at that facility It was covered but since they send me to the other one which also called Coordinated Health, it's not covered. Btw- same ankle has pain again so this is ridiculous. NOW I need to see the doctor again.
