Customer service has improved dramatically since leaving my last review. Staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Great pharmacy.

I had to switch from the Montgomery location to this one because this one is so less crowded everyday. There never seems to be a line up here and it's 5 minutes from our house, I mean it's in the neighborhood. The store itself must be 3 times bigger than Montgomery and it's always super clean and organized. Whenever I head up here it always seems super quiet and I love that. There is always a couple of checkers ready to serve. I also love that there is a little Ace Hardware right next store, so handy. read more

Yet again, despite a diagnosis of metastatic cancer, my prescription is 3 days late, no call from pharmacy informing that it would be late again. Unbelievable disrespectful and health harming from people who we trust to help us?!?!?!?!? Of course, no one answers the phone. Nice home town pharmacy, nice staff. Unfortunately low inventory, short hours and long lines.

This pharmacy is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I've had so many problems with refilling my prescriptions that I'm pulling out and going mail order. They don't carry common medicines for women and it takes them over a week to get them in? Really. The pharmacist told me I need to find a larger pharmacy to refill my very common medicine. Raleys needs to get out of the pharmacy gig. read more

I don't think the reviews of this pharmacy are fair at all. I've been coming here for years. The line is always long around 5pm, but otherwise it's not and they fill orders quick. I've never waited more than an hour, if even that long. I, personally, feel like my health and medications are very well taken care of here. I also find the pharmacist to be very compassionate and kind. At the beginning of the year I had a health issue that required me to need medication. Of course, the meds required a consultation with the pharmacist first. I was having a hard time with the reason I was there and the pharmacist was so kind to me. She gave me a very clear run down on what to expect and not just in factual way. But in a human, woman to woman way, which made a very traumatic situation suck just a little less. I'll always come here for any future medicine needs. read more

This pharmacy has gone steadily downhill since it was Scolari's. And even more so under Patel. Be prepared to wait in a long line at pickup for 15 minutes or more while a single assistant works the one pickup window while the other assistant AND THE PHARMACIST HERSELF pretend not to see the line through the window. Oh and expect to receive "prescription ready" text notifications for items that are not yet ready, just to hear "it's the system, we can't do anything about it." I live two minutes away and will switch to another pharmacy miles out of my way so that I don't have to deal with this staff. read more

This location has gone downhill. They are constantly out of stock on medication and delays with all refill requests. There is always a very long line - minimum of 3-4 people waiting any given day/time. The last straw was the pharmacist rudely canceling a refill( that was on shelf and ready to pick up) I desperately needed prior to travel( on a Friday night) due to a minor miscommunication with the Dr's office. And I might understand if I hadn't received this same medicine at this location for 10 years. Really upsetting and caused a scene in the massive line behind me. I would like to commend Jack, the pharmacy tech who has always been very nice and helpful. I have transferred my medications out of Raleys and am relieved to not have to walk in that place again. The new pharmacy has already proved to be 1000% better. read more

I continue to receive poor service from this Pharmacy. Today I am requesting a list of my elderly mother's prescriptions and taking them to another pharmacy. There is one young gentleman that works behind the counter who is always very nice. The women behind the counter are rude, condescending and appear to be incapable of understanding customer service and the customers are there for life saving medication. I could go on and on as to the service but in the end it is better to leave a review and go somewhere else! read more

First time here after my previous pharmacy closed. Service was quick and very helpful. Without being asked they find the best discounts available. It was a very expensive med, and they had it in stock. Prescription was filled in less than 10 minutes. It's my new pharmacy. read more

Ok updated review... First let me start off with the bad... I came here on Saturday to have my antibiotics prescription filled and had the "pleasure" of encountering one of the rudest people I have ever meant in the customer service industry - Bharti the Raley's Pharmacy Tech. I have had sourly teenagers that provided better service than she did. Not only did she fail to provide basic customer service, she failed to do her job as a Pharmacy Tech. She never smiled. Half of the time she wouldn't make eye contact. She clearly gave the impression that I was "inconveniencing" her. Moreover, there were times that she was flat out condensing, rude, and mocking. Lastly, and more seriously Bharti failed read the paperwork I gave her and look for inconsistencies. I'm sorry, but I do feel that it is part of the Pharmacy Tech's role - you cannot expect the customer with a 102 fever and in pain to be 100% with-it. In a profession where oversights can cost lives - I take not noticing blaring errors on paperwork very seriously. While her blatant lack of detail didn't affect my health - it did initially cost me extra money. I admit that being in pain and having a fever made me feel wrathful - if that had been the end of it, I would have kept my rating at 1 star even now 2 days later - she was just that rude. However, luckily for me, Loren, the Pharmacist on duty overheard everything and upon seeing on how upset I was took it upon himself to correct the situation. He found a solution after I had walked out and them called me and ask me to return the following day in receive a refund for the difference in cost. The following day, upon seeing me he immediately told Rachael the Pharmacy Tech working that day (who FY was very sweet and professional) why I was there, so I would not have to re-explain everything. He also made certain to ask me if I was feeling better that day. Loren should receive an employee of the month award or something. He truly went above and beyond. Only because of him - I'm raising my review to 4 stars (sorry still need to take one off for "Bharti - Rudest Pharmacy Tech Ever"). read more

Sadly, this pharmacy has went downhill so dramatically in the last few years that even though I live around the corner, I am transferring all prescriptions to a different pharmacy. It is very poorly run, and unorganized. I get notifications that prescriptions are ready and then get there and they are nowhere near ready or haven't even located them. If you need them to request a refill from a doctor, they say they have called doctor and had no response yet the doctors office will say they have never reached out. They are rude when picking things up. There is one young man that does a good job there but he tends to get the brunt of everyone's frustration because the rest of the staff doesn't care at all about the customers. My daughter had surgery and needed her pain prescription. It took 15 hours from the time the pharmacy received the prescription to fill it. I was polite and asked if it was possible that they rush it since it was a pain medication for a surgery on a child that was already completed. She said tough luck. We are busy. When the prescription was ready The pharmacist said "make sure the patient doesn't get addicted to this". They will tell you a prescription is ready and when you show up to pick it up, they say they need 30 minutes. The pharmacy needs an overhaul! It needs to be ran more efficiently and organized. People are leaving this pharmacy in waves for a reason. read more

I've been using this pharmacy (Raley's in Caughlin Ranch)for my family out of convenience. It's literally right next door to our doctors office and down the road from my house. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy staff is rude. It would benefit Raley's to offer some sort of customer service training. They usually keep me waiting or ask me to come back which then becomes inconvenient. It's such a shame because this store is never busy and is so clean. I enjoy shopping here I just dread having to pick up a prescription. read more

My mom needed cough medicine that her insurance wouldn't cover (no part d plans cover this particular item) and the tech told us it would be $150+ to get the drug if she wanted it the same day. I turned to GoodRx and found that there was a discount card that would get the drug she needed for $30. Seeing as my mom (like most senior citizens) is on a very limited income and needed the drug ASAP and couldn't wait for her doctor to prescribe an alternative (or for a pre-authorization that wasn't even a possibility), I asked the tech to process the coupon. He said it is Raley's policy not to use coupons or GoodRx or copay cards if someone has insurance. I asked to transfer the Rx and they handed us a faxed version of a control prescription which the other pharmacy couldn't accept. In the end it took 7 days to get this resolved at another pharmacy who gladly processed the GoodRx card, saving my mom $100. HOW TERRIBLE! Do you want to help your senior customers get the drugs they need? My mom has been quite loyal to Raley's Mayberry but they were out of the drug, so turned to Caughlin. With this experience, I've told her to go anywhere else since Raley's doesn't care about building loyalty or helping loyal senior customers get the drugs they need when they need them at a price they can afford. read more

Our family has been using Wedge Parkway location for twenty plus years. Recently we purchased a cough medication not covered by insurance. Benzotate 100mg capsules. 60 count. We were charged $163. The average of Wallmart, CVS and Wallgreens is $52 cash no insurance. Price gouging. Store has no business since going to natural foods at huge prices. Guess they keep their doors open by overcharging thru the pharmacy. We are gone. read more

I changed to this pharmacy because I was limited by insurance rules and had to. They have been great some of the time, but a couple times not. Right now I need a prescription I called about 6 days ago. I spoke with a woman directly on the phone but I guess she didn't follow through on it. More than annoying, I work nights and their hours are already a pain. Will change if I can. read more

I used this pharmacy for years when it was Scolari's. Once the store became a Raley's, the pharmacy went downhill fast. After six weeks, I still am not able to access my prescriptions online. The people who work there have not been at all helpful about it, perhaps because they can't figure out the system either. So, I decided to go to another pharmacy. The new pharmacy has been trying for two weeks to get my prescriptions moved. Raley's is not cooperating with the process. I finally had to resort to calling all my doctors and requesting new prescriptions. I have missed many doses of medications because of Raley's inability to manage their pharmacy correctly. read more

This pharmacy used to be great when it was Scolari's but since Raley's took it over it has hit rock bottom and continued to dig. I have tried to fill 2 prescriptions and each time their "system" has been down so they can't even receive the prescriptions from my doctor. Having to wait on medications and having to continuously make extra trips to get your prescriptions filled when you're sick is no fun. The system issues are always being worked on by "corporate" and it seems to be a pretty regular problem. I would not recommend this pharmacy. I'm still using it only due to convenience but will begin shopping for another pharmacy. I have had no issues with the staff, they have always been friendly and courteous but the lack of timely service is inexcusable. read more
